Excellent Supplier and Customer Care Service
I have purchased 2 Hookah pipes and numerous accessories from this supplier in the past 6 months. Delivery time and products have been excellent. Online deals/start up kits/sets are brilliant and reasonably priced. Recently and unfortunately as accidents happen my latest order arrived with some broken bowls (some couriers are heavy handed, it happens!) and when I contacted customer service they kindly and instantly arranged for replacement pieces to be sent out to me. I have had more aggravation with ebay suppliers for a silly little €2 item so dealing with a professional supplier was a joyful experience let me tell you.
I cannot fault this supplier in terms of products and customer service. I'm very happy I purchased my first pipe from them and will continue to purchase many more to come in the future. Great Supplier. Highly recommend.
