Shoeless

Ordered shoes in February. After a week asked where they were (you don't get a track & trace). They informed me they weren't in stock but would arrive the end of March.
Half of April still no shoes, so I cancelled my order. They would refund me in 3 days.
It costed me another 2 e-mails, and when I finally theathened to undertake legal actions I got my money back two weeks later.

Returns Issue

I had to return a pair of shoes from UK to the company in Austria. Sent them back correctly labelled for customs as a return with the value of the shoes. When Austria Post delivered they wanted a payment from the company ( I suspect VAT, though it shouldn’t have been payable given the value of the shoes and it being a return). Shoes4Dancers refused delivery. Now they could have paid the VAT and knocked it off my refund or at least advised me they had refused delivery and what I needed to do. I only found out by checking with Austria Post and following up with the company. IMO it’s not worth trading with the company from the UK because of the VAT issue on returns along with the lack of customer care from Shoes4Dancers.

Do not order from there, scam!

Ordered Fuego shoes mid-october, no tracking information for more than a month. Multiple unanswered emails and tried contacting them through Instagram. After leaving a 1-star review, I got an email, saying about a shortage of stock.

Looks like a scam

This brand looks like a scam. Delivery time pushed back by 1 month, then 3 months. Website not finished. I requested a refund which I am still waiting for.

DON’T BUY HERE!

I bought my shoes 16th July and they told me that the delivery date had been confirmed for middle of August. On the 13th August I asked them about my order and they answered ‘manufacturers are currently struggling with a shortage of raw materials, resulting in unusually long delivering times…’ the new date was end of August. After they said it was the middle of September…
I told them I didn’t want the shoes by that time and asked for my money back which I haven’t received yet; they say they ‘will do it inmediately’ but they DON’T and they haven’t done it yet.

Shocking service from this company

Shocking service from this company. I would strongly recommend you do not deal with them. The shoes did arrive although they took nearly a month to get to me . They were huge and so I asked them for a return address. The shoes cost almost £20 to return. They got stuck in customs as they did not tell me to write 'return'. Customs waited for an answer from the company which did not arrive so the shoes were sent back to me. Naively I sent them again thinking it was bad luck, so another £20 . Again the shoes are stuck in customs because the company is not giving them information. I complained to Shoes4dancers and they said I can post them to an english address!! Why did they not say that in the first place!! Currently , shoes still stuck in customs, the company could not care less! I am almost £150 down with no sign of a refund. Their communication is clear, they are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The worst of the worst - stay away from them

This is probably the worst experience I had as an online customer in my entire life. I am still trying to figure out if it is a scam or an actual company. I have ordered some Fuego shoes from their shop on Black Friday; after a few days, they informed me that the shoes were not in stock (so why did they let a customer order them in the first place?), that they were going to order them from the manufacturer and send them to me by the end of January. At that stage I tried to change my order for a product they had in stock. They would not do that; instead they cancelled my order and asked me to make a new order through their website. In the meantime, they kept saying that a refund will be issued 'soon'. Needless to say, I still did not receive the refund - they are coming up with all sorts of excuses such as "the system did not process the refund and we are investigating", "you should receive it in 4/5 working days if not reach out again", a complete joke to be honest. I have now involved PayPal and I guess will get my refund through them. Stay away from them - they are diabolical!
