I ordered insoles last year in September,the delivery was free,"top bonus"!
I've been meaning to post a review about this lovely company for ages.
I ordered size 5 and size 6 but unfortunately there wasn't any size 6 in the parcel.
I emailed customer services and Hannah replied straight away and apolgised and said she would arrange for the size 6's to be delivered.
I didn't have to return the extra size 5's and the missing size 6's were sent,free postage again.
Excellent customer services from this company,I will use them again and have recomended them to my friends and family.
How refreshing for such fantastic and friendly customer service.🙂🙂

Purchased some new boots and shoes shoestring was recommended for shoecare products.
I contacted them to ask what products i should use they replied promptly with thier recommendations and advice.

Got some great advice about what products to buy to look after new boots. Products arrived a couple of days after ordering and free postage. Very happy.

Sorry to read the bad reviews - my experience was super positive. Called the company to ask for advice they were supremely pleasant and helpful (despite the fact that I then found the info on their website!). Items were sent quickly and well packaged. Will absolutely use them when I've run out of polish and cleaner. (Prices were competitive too because I checked before placing my order).

I ordered 3x 75ml WOLY TAN COGNAC.
Received 3 x famaco cognac which is a different brand and colour. I emailed customer services and they replied “the colour doesn’t have to be exact on shoe cream and WOLY have discontinued the Tan cognac” my boots are TAN COGNAC. I am disabled and now it’s my responsibility to get these returned! I was sent the wrong order on purpose as they did not want to lose the sale. If WOLY have stopped doing Tan Cognac, they should stop advertising it!

Ordered Famaco suede conditioner. Great price,reasonable postage charge and very quick delivery. Would definitely use again.

I used Shoestring UK to replace some laces on my hiking boots that had been eaten by a fox after leaving them on the front door step.

The laces arrived today and really look the part, super impressed with the delivery time and even had a little freebie shoeshine disposable cloth which was a nice touch.

I would thoroughly recommend.

My order was incomplete. Received an apology and was told the missing item would be put in the post immediately. Two weeks later I emailed them again, asking if there was a problem, as I still hadn't received it. I haven't heard a thing from them since (17 days ago).

The best quality shoelaces! And great advice on looking after leather. I'm so happy with their service!!

Ordered a pair of shoelaces which took over a week to deliver.
When they arrived they were not packaged but loose and looked like they had been worn before because they were frayed in places.
Rang to confirm I was returning due to goods being faulty was not offered a returns number which I later found out was needed to get a full refund. only received partial refund.
Disappointed!!

I have ordered from this company, now known as Fresh Step, on several occasions and have never had a problem. This is true of my latest delivery, which arrived promptly and as described.

I hadn't heard of this company but I am very pleased with the service I received. I ordered on Sunday and my delivery was with me on Tuesday.
