This is my first time buying an airsoft gun. Everything is as described, perfect by all criteria. I tested it and installed the modules. Everything is perfect. I'll be going to a game soon to try it out. Thank you again for the opportunity to purchase this marvel.

These were great until they started ignoring an issue. U have spent thousands of euros with them and my latest purchase, a GAMO was supposed to come with a scope. It did not come with one and for the last month I have been trying to get this sorted with little to no help. I will be filing a complaint and seeking a refund. I hate to be left with no other option.
I ordered a few items at Shogun's gorgeous website and choose to pay by Billink.
I checked my account a few times to see how the order proceeded. I did not get an email with the confimation of my order. Looking into my account the next day I saw that the order was cancelled. I did not get an email about the cancellation. The helpdesk informed me that I had to contact Billink about this. The heldpdesk was not helpfull at all.
But the webshop was where I ordered, so I emailed them that I wanted them to reorder my items and give a different way to pay.
There was no reaction from Shogun.
I ordered my items elsewhere.
Got a broken rifle (1000€) 3 weeks after purchase. Sent it back and got refund after waiting one month and a paypal dispute. Would not recommend at all.
