Received my prop gun today I had to contact by phone as there was a delay receiving it but then it arrived about 5 days later thanks Shoot and Scoot 👍.

WARNING... I really wish I'd read the other reviews before I placed my order - then I would never have bothered. Good old Warren, he really couldn't care less about his customers, the 'scoot' in the name should have been a warning. No response in the latter part of this issue to my emails regarding a missing package, yes it was posted he did initially give me a tracking number but Royal Mail lost the package, they won't help me unless I have proof of posting in the form of a receipt from the post office, Warren just doesn't care so hasn't bothered providing any proof and he certainly has shown no interest in refunding me. He very cleverly uses Worldpay who, unlike PayPal, don't help with refunds. So be warned 3 reviewers are saying AVOID..... read into that what you will

Polite robbery
Shoot and Scoot is a movie and airsoft prop site. In august 2015 I ordered a hard rubber bayonet at the Price of 30£- which promptly came in the post the week after. The bayonet was not what was advertised though. It was very soft and couldent even stay straight on its own.
I wrote Warren at the Shoot and Scoot site, Who was very reasonable. We agreed that I send Pictures of the soft bayonet destroyed, he would then send me a replacement. I sent the Pictures and he promised to send me aother bayonet right away.
Now it has been more than a year in which I have had regular very polite correspondance with Warren about him finally sending me my item, which I paid for already. He always promised to send it soon.
Now in september 2016 he stopped responding all together and now I stop being polite.
It was one excuse after another and finally he just stopped responding, leaving me 30£ in the hole.
I have no idea if they treat every customer like this, but for me I will never shop there Again and will deter anybody from doing so either.
