Very quick and easy transaction
Very quick and easy transaction, the glasses which my father required, were delivered quickly and hassle free. Royal Mail who was used to deliver the sunglasses in question communicated well. On receiving the glasses, the box was well packaged and damage free, on inspection of the glasses they were fault free and ready to gift.

Overall a good experience in spite of having to return goods
The goods were easy to order and arrived promptly. Unfortunately, they did not fit so had to be sent back. It was easy to arrange the return and the refund was made within a reasonable period of time. would have preferred the shoes to fit but, forgetting that, it was a good experience
