I ordered a part, then discovered that it might not be right so had to contact the manufacturer. I asked Alex if he could hold onto it until I heard back. If the manufacturer said the part was wrong he'd have to cancel and refund me, after I'd had him wait a week, yet he still held it for me, rather than cancel the order and resell the part to someone else, which I guess would have been easier for him. As it turned out the part was right and it arrived, well wrapped, within days of me confirming. All in all, a great service.
