Shocking after-sales service
Shocking, non-existent Customer Service. Bought what I believed to be a premium extractor hood, 5 years down the line the PCB failed. OK, so these things can happen. Tried contacting Elica by phone and through their website to purchase a new one for my electrician to fit, but talking to a human is impossible. They have failed to respond to emails (despite them sending a reference number), and they simply don't seem to want to respond in any way. My electrician has also tried with the same results. We've tried to source the PCB elsewhere, but with no success.
Come on Elica. Do me the courtesy of responding and selling me the appropriate part, as your aftersales service is truly hopeless, and I certainly do not recommend them.

I love the design
I love the design! It’s simple, well done, combination of shine & matte finishes makes it look very elegant. Air exhaust is working very well, you can’t smell fried food. It’s easy to operate however the touch buttons mark could be more visible. If you have less light/darker place it’s like a hit and miss situation.
Ordering process was smooth, however I did it through 3rd party distribution. Delivery was easy and fast. Product was packed carefully and delivered without any damage.
