I will never ever use this service again.
I had a shipment sent from the US, and zero communication was shared with me to inform me that it had been delivered.
This shipment was USD 1000, and it was actually delivered to the wrong address.
When asked if the team can correct this / use insurance that I am sure that I have paid for in the cost of the shipping .. I have been informed there is nothing that they can do.
How Aramex cannot help a loyal customer of many years, baffles me.
Shame on them, I am now cancelling my account and I will never use this service again.
Aramex should re look at how they treat their customers. Shame on you.

Overall I had a good experience with this company, they provided me a service I couldn’t get from another company and I was able to get an item I really wanted that wasn’t available in the UK! They originally quoted me £26 for this service, I ended up paying an additional £30 for customs and tax which wasn’t clear at all on the website. I also had to bank transfer the money which seemed a bit dodgy. I have dropped one star for this however most other companies were quoting around £50 so I had assumed there would be an additional hidden fee and had budgeted for this, but I do think this could be clearer on the website. The website itself is not the best and there were occasionally formatting issues which made it hard to read and I was unclear where my parcel actually was, but it arrived safe and sound and I am very happy this company was willing to provide the service!! I found the depot in Barcelona to be particularly helpful with communication. In all I’m really pleased but it’s never going to be the cheapest thing to pay for unfortunately, I think they could be more transparent with prices but that’s all.

I’m very disappointed with the service from Shop and Ship (Aramex). My package has been missing for over 11 working days, and despite opening several cases, I still haven’t received any confirmation that the item was even received.
Each time I contact customer service, I wait nearly 20 minutes on the phone just to hear the same scripted answer: “Your case has been escalated, and you’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours.” It’s been far longer than that, with no updates, no follow-up, and no accountability.
This kind of experience raises serious concerns about reliability and transparency. When customers trust a global logistics company with their shipments, the minimum expectation is clear communication and resolution—not endless waiting and empty promises.
I sincerely hope Shop and Ship management takes this feedback seriously, investigates their customer support delays, and restores confidence in their service.

The dirtiest shipping company in the world. They are liars in an abnormal way. All their services are delayed inside and outside the country. They manipulate the shipping prices and the products received and raise the prices.
The worst company you could ever deal with. Every delay, always the same problem. The shipment arrived in Dubai, and the update says: "Transportation delay - due to an air connection." When you contact them, they say they're having a system update or a system malfunction. Nonsense and stupid excuses. Every time it's the same problem.
Package stolen by employees at UK warehouse
This is the second time using Shop&Ship, and I don't recommend it because the package was stolen by Shop&Ship employees and no delivery made. I shipped a package to their warehouse in the UK, delivered by Evri. After receiving the package, it was immediately stolen no traces or tracking on the dashboard. It's been 4 weeks now, and no updates

Used them a lot over the years, but recently they dropped the ball. They simply left a package at the doorstep. We had people at home, but they did not bother to ring the bell. Said package disappeared, and they reply ‘well we delivered it - here is the photo of it on the doorstep’. Asked if the T&Cs where to hand deliver, was met with the same reply - sorry but we delivered. Highlighted to customer service that I did not want an apology, simply my package… Now in the meantime we have another package (delivered to their NY office this week which may have gone AWOL). As the customer - We will simply find another delivery company

I have used Shop and Ship for many years and used to be very good. Lately packages get lost although shipments have been regularly delivered. The worst part is there is no accountability, no way to contact them over the phone and they keep closing the case every time I try to claim a package. Get yourself together again!

I was going to buy some things from shop and ship but as I usually do, I went onto Internet (not via Facebook, who can con people) and went onto reviews and I was surprised most of the 500 people who rated the website, rated it really low. I am stopping buying anything from these Chinese sites, temu and now this one because it looks like the same issues happen again and again, bad shipping, orders cancelled or arrive broken, all sorts of issues. So its a big fat no from me.

I’ve been with Aramex Shop&Ship for 17+ years and spend tens of thousands of USD annually. For the last two years, the service has collapsed into a pattern that is impossible to ignore:
1) Double charging & cash at the door
Drivers repeatedly demand cash even when the shipment shows “paid” online. I’ve provided proof many times; refunds haven’t materialized.
2) Destruction of entire shipments
If one item is flagged “unacceptable,” they destroy the whole shipment instead of splitting it — while refusing to send photos so I can remove or replace the problem item.
3) Pricing & packing practices
Fees have surged. Small items arrive in oversized boxes, inflating volumetric weight and costs.
4) Chronic delays & misdelivery
Weeks between arrival at their US/UK/Italy addresses and outbound flights. Then further delays in Dubai, plus wrong deliveries.
5) IT failures that block payment — then blame the customer
Autopay stops working; account access fails; dashboard shows no data; yet couriers still demand cash.
6) “Premium” in name only
For my spend, I’d expect priority handling, meaningful discounts, and a direct escalation path. Instead, I’ve been passed from agent to agent with no senior management call despite months of requests.
Important for UAE customers:
• Customs duty: Since 1 March 2023, courier shipments valued under AED 970 are exempt from customs duty. Charging duty on those shipments is not compliant with current UAE rules.
• VAT (5%): Still applies to all shipments, but must be transparent and correctly calculated — not buried in “fees.”
What I expect from Aramex/S&S now:
• A complete audit from Jan 2023 to present of:
• duty charged under AED 970 (to be refunded),
• cash collected at delivery when online payment had already posted (to be refunded),
• destroyed shipments without itemization/photos (to be compensated).
• Proper, itemized monthly statements.
• A senior management call and operational fixes so I no longer need to micromanage a service I pay heavily for.
After 2 years of this, I’m actively testing alternatives. I’d love to keep a 17-year relationship, but only if trust — and basic compliance — are restored.

They tried to scam me multiple times by charging me twice for the same thing(shipping, customs charges) and not releasing my shipment.
Customer support is also the worst I’ve ever experienced.

complete bullshit customer service. they ask me for proof of delivery by the supplier, but when you check the app it says "The shipment has reached Aramex transit office and is on its way to the final destination office"
