The products have arrived, but we have not installed them yet.

I was looking for a motor for an old heat pump. We are in Sweden, the part was nowhere to find, and we waited weeks for retailers around to give us a quote, quotes that they never sent. Shopclima was the only webshop we found the part in in Europe. I sent an email to chack on availability, got a positive response in minutes. I explained it was pretty urgent as it is our primary heating mode, and they said they would do their best so that we could get it as quickly as possible. I ordered, the part was sent within 3 days, and arrived 6 days later. It arrived in good shape, perfectly packaged, and the part was the right one. Our heat pump is working again. Perfect 5* experience for us.

Great, everytime again

Shopclima were very efficient in processing our order. The delivery company, unfortunately, was not very cooperative and refused to deliver the goods to our door (we have a long driveway, so we had to drive down to meet them) - this is not Shopclima's fault, though I would encourage them to find a more conscientious delivery company.

Good communication, parcell arrived in good condition as planned

I purchased an “in stock” air conditioner from Shop Clima for £1,650 with delivery promised on the 29th of July 2025.

After placing the order, I was told the parcel had been lost by the courier. I was assured a replacement would be sent — but that never happened. When I chased it up, Shop Clima eventually admitted they didn’t have the item in stock and couldn’t say when they would again.

I requested a refund, but they’ve gone completely silent. No response. No resolution. I’ve had to escalate the matter through PayPal to try and get my money back.

I feel completely let down. I work hard for my money and have a family to support. This whole situation has caused me a huge amount of stress.

How a company can justify treating customers like this is beyond me.

Dopo l’ordine, mi è stato detto che il pacco era stato smarrito dal corriere. Mi hanno assicurato che ne avrebbero inviato uno in sostituzione, ma non è mai stato spedito. Quando ho chiesto aggiornamenti, Shop Clima ha ammesso di non avere più l’articolo in stock e di non sapere quando sarà nuovamente disponibile.

Ho chiesto un rimborso, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Nessuna comunicazione. Nessuna soluzione. Sono stato costretto ad aprire una controversia tramite PayPal per cercare di riavere i miei soldi.

Mi sento completamente deluso. Lavoro duramente per guadagnare e ho una famiglia da mantenere. Questa situazione mi ha causato un enorme stress.

Non riesco a capire come un’azienda possa giustificare un comportamento del genere nei confronti dei clienti.

Asked them in writing + telephone a guaranteed delivery time for business critical unit. 2 weeks past this guaranteed date still nothing. Leonardo and the rest of the team are absolutely unable to help on anything. No compromise, they took the money, the rest is not their problem!

In my order it was clearly described what I should receive - a Daikin LAN adapter BRP069A61. Upon receiving the item I saw that the carton had already been opened by their employee and I took a photo which I sent. Looking at the contents of the package, I saw that their employee had replaced the BRP069A61 device with the cheaper BRP069A62. The A62 terminal is the basic version (remote control only), and the A61 is the advanced version, which, in addition to the remote control function, allows cooperation with a photovoltaic installation and the intelligent energy network Smart Grid. Inside is a small electronic board.
This company is dishonest and I advise you to avoid cooperation with them.

Ordered a boiler to complete my heatpump installation.
Asked every month for a status update, but never got my ordered (and paid) boiler.
Every time I got the response "Yes, you will get it soon".
After a half year asked to cancel my order, but they do not send the money back.
Stay away from this shop!
