don't trust this guy, a lier, only use the suck soft copy to scam, before you pay the half payment, he want to get the balance when he give you the soft copy, don't try, the soft copy is wrong wrong wrong, don't trust and don't pay. he offer a lower price to tract you to pay, if you want to try only by escrow term or arrived pay.
