Amazing store!
The shop is just amazing. The costumer support is top notch and almost instant. The prices are fair and sometimes a little too good to be true, BUT they are true thankfully! I ordered a statue from them, it came super fast considering I ordered from a completely different country. The packaging was delicate and the fragile stickers were all over the package (Which is awesome) There were at least 4 layers of bubble wrapping to avoid ANY damage to the product. I genuienly cannot recommend them enough, this was the most pleasant experience I had with a shop, please order from them if you can!

And the process of ordering was easy and fluid, no sneaky charges or ridiculous pricing. I had no issues whatsoever and will likely shop with them again for other items and funkos!

Ordered an exclusive funko pop collectible only 9500 were made. It arrived in good packaging with no damaging yet the figure inside were very dent. Almost like they had shipped a box in bad condition from the start.

After checking with our customer service team, we found no record of any contact from you regarding this issue. However, for any request to be handled (exchange or resolution), it is essential to contact us beforehand and provide photos of the received product, as outlined in our procedure.
As you mentioned yourself, this appears to be a manufacturing defect related to Funko. We ship a very large volume of figurines each month, and unfortunately, it is not possible for us to individually inspect each product through its packaging, especially since the finishing quality of this type of entry-level item can vary.
Our customer service team is available 5 days a week to handle this type of situation. We always do our best to provide a solution, provided that the request is submitted in accordance with our procedures, includes the required elements (mandatory photos), and is justified.
