2nd time ordering

This is my 2nd time ordering from SFG during a 3 for 2 deal.
Last time I had to wait a while, due to the unexpected success of the offer.
This time however my package arrived within 4 days, despite being an equally successful action.

Packaging is well done. Unlike my experiences with other retailers, neither of my orders had a single scratch.
Orders are packaged tightly, yet secure.

POPs came in a destroyed displaying…

1. POPs came in a destroyed displaying boxes and with a very worn appearance, which I wrote in my review to them, as I was surprised that the price was much higher than in other stores and the quality was absent, without asking for any compensation I received some hate in my direction. According to them the displaying box is not the product itself and they have the right to send figures without display boxes at all. Then why such lines as POP Plus, POP Covers or Die cast exist? Where usually the whole point is in the displaying box. Collectors will understand, everyone can judge for themselves and I just wrote my case. Thank you 😊
2. To all collectors just have a look how this frouds make their business, and how they speak with their customers, I provided them proof of damage but in response I was offended, banned and ignored. Well done frouds 👏🏻

1. Clear customer account fraud, to the detriment of other buyers

On August 26, 2025, you created several customer accounts under different Gmail addresses with the sole purpose of bypassing our rules and artificially increasing your chances during the reservation lists for the POP figures of Tusk and Sung Jinwoo (Solo Leveling).

This scheme was carried out to the detriment of all other customers who participated fairly and whose chances were reduced because of your fraudulent actions.

Our Terms and Conditions of Sale (Article 6, §5) strictly prohibit multi-account practices, precisely to ensure equal treatment for all participants. As a result, your fraudulent accounts have been excluded from all current and future reservation lists.

2. Orders placed as part of the fraud

In order to validate each of your fake accounts for registration in the two reservation lists, you placed several orders on August 26 and 27, 2025, to obtain the ShopForGeek+ status required for each account. Given the confirmed fraud (multi-account), you were no longer eligible for any current or future selection.

3. Negative reviews posted afterwards

It was only about ten days after receiving your orders—and once the reservation lists were definitively closed—that you began publishing negative reviews on Trustpilot, without ever contacting our customer service in advance to report any delivery issue.

4. Your partial attempt at justification

After our first public response to your initial review (which you have since completely edited!), you provided photos of damaged POP packaging, covering only part of your orders. In accordance with our procedures, and despite the technical impossibility of returns from the United Kingdom (Brexit / customs fees), we offered you a full refund of your orders, provided that we received proof of destruction of the POP figures concerned. To this day, you have never followed up on this request.

5. Persistence in bad faith

Instead of responding to this fair proposal, you chose to multiply negative reviews related to the same case, even though a definitive and equitable solution had been offered to you. Your actions clearly demonstrate an attempt to obtain a full refund while keeping the products, which amounts to unjust enrichment—on top of your initial fraud with the reservation lists.

To close your case:
- A full refund of your orders remains available upon receipt of proof of destruction of the products.
- Without a reply from you within 3 business days, your case will be permanently closed and all your fraudulent accounts will be deleted from our online store, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

We remind you that customer account fraud constitutes a serious violation of our contractual terms and directly harms fairness among our clients. Our company cannot and will not tolerate such practices.

Fast shipping but The POP arrived…

Excellent packing

Excellent packing! Products arrived safely and shipping time was very swift! Shipping was a bit expensive compared to other vendors in Europe.

Almost wonderful

The packaging and handling of the product was very professional, cool trademark box used. Sadly two figurines had either a defect or box damage prior to packaging. That will bring down the total grade. I'm overall very satisfied with the service and will use it again in the future.
