Products came fairly quickly but had a product missing . No information as to how this was going to be dealt with. I had to call three times to finally get someone to deal with it .

Trimmers were sent unpacked and was used. Had someone else's hair on them. Disgusting.
Don't even know if all attachments etc are within the box.
Hairco did not even respond to my email, had also sent then pictures.
Will never use Hairco again.
Update* Now get an email from them, saying the hair on the pictures is manufacturing fibres from testing the product. Does not explain the smudge and fingerprint marks caused by the oil, then someone touching it all over the place, no plastic film on the box, attachments moved all around the box and some under the plastic tray holding items in place.
Also bought clippers from a competitor of theirs on the same day, box well packed, clear film around sealing the box, attachments in place, no hair or as they say fibres (joke!) on the blade.
Appalling service all round. Joke of a business - shady as, no sense of customer service at all.
