I ordered the “Promise Me Dear” dress. OMG let me tell you it’s perfect! I am between an 18-20 and it’s so hard to find a dress that looks good on a plus size person and literally fits like a glove. I feel like I had it custom made to fit my body. It looks youthful, fun, elegant I’m 1000% pleased. That’s hard to accomplish for me. Thank you so much for popping up on TikTok. I can’t wait to purchase again from you.

I ordered some dresses for an event and was so excited for them to come. Unfortunately they didn’t work for me. No big deal. The customer service for returns was absolutely amazing!!! I cannot suggest shopping with them more. They were absolute angels when I reached out with a question and needed some help.

I have purchased from impressions several times. The return process is so easy! I have never had any issues with orders or returns. They are size inclusive and have many options for their curvy section. Customer service is very quickly with responses (within minutes)! I also love that size measurements are on every item! 15/10 recommend this company!!

I’ve ordered a number of times. My orders always ship promptly often within 24 hours or less! I recently had a defect on a shirt I ordered and Kacie with customer service remedied the issue in minutes!! Stellar customer service! They have a lifelong customer in me!! Can’t say enough good things!

Overall I was pleasantly surprised by every aspect of this company. The order arrived in a timely manner, packaged properly, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I was reluctant at first because I think we've all had bad experiences when trying new brands but the minute I put on the top I ordered I fell in love. I even placed another order that day for some pants to go along with it. I initially put my email in incorrectly when checking out and I messaged their customer service. The very next day I received a copy of the order along with a confirmation number. The top came in shortly after that. So overall this was an incredible experience from shipping, to packaging, to product quality and customer service.

Impressions Boutique is one of my go to places for everything! I love the size inclusive styles and that there is something for everyone! I love their point system. Recently I orders several swimsuits and two of them were on back order. I called when I received part of my order and they were very nice and understanding. I saw that the swimsuits that were back ordered were shipping out and I reached out and within a few minutes I received a response!!! This has never happen to me before, Impressions has top notch service with great products and prices! I highly recommend them for every occasion!

I purchased a romper for a sorority date night. The original shipping was fast and speedy; however the uspo marked delivered, but it still hasn’t been delivered. I contacted Impresions immediately on insta gram since I was t able to find a direct number anywhere. I was told to email the boutique. Then here is where all of the back and forth began. Instead of telling me everything I need to forward to get this resolved, I was given a piece of information each time…. I need the order number, then.., I need you to check with neighbors, then yes, it’s insured, then we need a form signed. Over a week has laser by going back and fifth with customer service… I missed my date to wear to what I originally wanted to wear it to…. So I thought I’ll have fur spring break… nope I’m still not sure when I will receive anything… seems like they are buying time with back and forth emails. Never again will I purchase anything from this boutique

I found Impressions through Instagram and found so many cute things at awesome prices. I needed a dress for a Christmas party and thought why not give it a go! I had messed up on my delivery address and realized it right after I submitted. I sent an email and got almost an immediate response and got it corrected so easily. My items were delivered within a couple days and everything fits perfect. The shop is so fun and not typical boutique in my opinion. Definitely will be ordering again and spreading the word!

Impressions Boutique goes above and beyond for their customers. I have been shopping online with them for a few years and I’ve always had the best experience with them. The clothes are gorgeous and good quality, the shipping is fast and I especially love that because I’m always so excited to receive my goodies from them, and if for some reason something doesn’t fit quite right or there’s another issue the customer service dept is always extremely helpful. I had a small problem today with an order I received and Dana was so helpful to me in addressing and correcting the problem. I emailed them and she got right back with me in just a matter of minutes! I just love that kind of efficiency so I’m not having to wait days to hear back from them as I have at other boutiques. It means so much!! You all are top notch in my book!
