Poor quality items. On the website, the claim is that items are gold plated - this must be a lie. It feels like plastic. Massively overpriced for what it is.

Poor product quality and bad customer service
The product quality is quite poor. It looks like a cheap material and definitely not like the pictures. The customer service is frustrating and disappointing. If you have to make a return then they will email you from a random email address, asking you to send a picture of destroyed item instead of taking the product back. This shows how much is the value of the product. Over priced product and i would highly recommend avoiding this brand.

Been ordering from ShopMidra for a while now and honestly they’ve been solid every time. Stuff looks the same as the pictures, delivery isn’t a headache, and their customer service actually replies. Prices are decent too. Overall just a good, no-nonsense shopping experience.
