I do not like the all self check out. It takes a long time to load your grocery on the belt and then bag them. The check out lines are long and I really feel bad for older customers . Who ever thought this was a good idea got it wrong. I was a long time customer and now I will be shopping at a grocery store with cashiers.

the bakery i order round sourdough,ask them to put label on bag first so the bag can reseal easily NO now i buy my bread ar Aldies so fresh and half the price,same crap with the meat dept. use to be very good now they hide the bad cuts face down you see it when you get home and BOWL N BASKET in my opinion the chicken is from CHINA,very slimmy

So I went to shoprite at the garden state plaza cherry hill a few weeks ago you know the system they have now to order lunch meat wait 20 minutes and then pick it up. Over at what looks an old salad bar. I ended up walking out a few weeks ago because the order was wrong asked for shaved got thick wrong lunch meat. I get everyone can have a bad day. So i go back this morning and again they get the order wrong cut too thick not the right meat. I ended up walking out again today. I waited twenty minutes and ask the guy cutting the meat to fix the order he just said what are you missing? Its over on the rusted crap salad bar that was the last straw I could not find a chuck roast and stood and waited for the butcher buzzer not working or ignored I ended up asking a lady unpacking box's if the bell worked she said it should, and so with that rude answer i went to the service desk at least the lady at the desk tried to help. She called and sent me back to the meat department. I assure you no butcher was waiting so I knocked on the plastic window he yelled i will be right there, but no it was not a couple of minutes and he did not know what meat i was talking about you know a chuck roast, really this happened. So i left my cart and walked out. I would rather spend twenty bucks for a carrot at Wegmans before I step foot in the cherry hill store.

I placed an order to be delivered between 10 am and noon. I called the store at 2 pm because the order never arrived. I was placed on hold and disconnected 3 times. The order arrived at 30 minutes after I complained. I rather pay more for other delivery services. They should have called and said the order was running late. I had to cancel a commitment I had that afternoon.

I go to ShopRite to get something easily at a reasonable price. I feel that this is a store that is well organized. But sometimes the express line is not express for the customers. There was only one cashier who was taking care of checkout so it took so much longer time than I expected. This happened several times.

They are absolutely indifferent to the fact that they cheated you, sold rotten goods .. If you think that this is happening in one supermarket, then I will disappoint you - I have shopping experience in Shoprite supermarkets in Garneville, Ramsey and Tallman. I found a solution for myself - I buy vegetables, fruits, milk and eggs in Evergreen, Rockland Kosher and All Fresh - everything is always fresh and cheaper there than in Shoprite. It's a pity the meat is expensive there, as it is kosher, but meat and fish can be bought with a discount coupon at Acme. It's a pity that I have to shop in different places, but I don’t eat rot, the sellers don’t cheat me, and I saved that guy from having to solve my questions with tomatoes and grumble about how tired he is with my problems.

Good morning everyone. Who is a customer of shoprite. Please be careful using the website. Please be careful shopping online at the website using your ebt card. I was shopping online with my ebt card. When the website took my ebt balance and then closed the website. Taking out my ebt amount. I have called customer service to explain the situation. They told me they see the money that was taken out the card. But however still they haven't return my ebt balance into my card. I have been on the phone with them for two days. The order didn't go through the money was taken out the ebt. They are not returning the money back into the ebt. I lost$144.00. All I have left is $23.00 on my ebt card. Now this month i'am staying without food in my refrigerator and is completely empty. I didn't get to buy my groceries and they also kept my $144.00 ebt food stamp money. Shop rite stamford ct. Never again I will I shop from shoprite especially online with my ebt. Shame on you shoprite for leaving me without food for this month.

I ordered 2 - 1/4 sheet cakes.
1 unfilled chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream icing.
Sounds yummy, right? Nope! The chocolate cake was too dense, too moist with an odd flavor and the icing was terrible with a greasy taste. Threw away the entire cake.

1 fresh strawberries filled yellow layer cake with whipped icing. I made sure to suggest fresh bananas as a substitute in the event that they could not fulfill my original request for fresh strawberries. What I received instead was whipped topped yellow cake filled with an unpleasant super sweet gelatinous strawberry filling. Everyone ate around the filling. Embarrassing.

Love our local shop rite. Always clean and always the best selection of fruits.

It's such a great experience

My first few times shopping at your East Windsor location was a joy. Very friendly associates. Now 2 years later customer friendliness has totally gone down. Employees don’t greet you, tell you what your total purchase is, count back your change, etc. on more then 3 occasions I have asked the bakery dept where an item was on sale. Their response each time was, “idk, look over there”! They should know where everything is, it’s their dept. I asked the employee in the yogurt section about a dip they used to sell. His Response” I guess we don’t sell it anymore “! Don’t you know if you do or not? Shouldn’t he have taken the time to find out for me ? I can go on and on, but why bother! Your store needs a course in customer friendliness. Very unfriendly, if they don’t like their job they should find another. Don’t give off your unfriendly vibes to others

I went to pick up my script,cost was $400 could not afford, manager and desk worker help me for more 1/2"hour yo get discount,the script cost me $0.i will give shoprite phamacy an A today.

I really really appreciate the ShopRite Team Bethlehem, Pa 4701 Freemansburg Ave. The online ordering is easy simple and not complicated! The store has plenty of space to park for pick up, they come out with my order friendly and professional. Most of the time my order is fulfilled. If I get a subtituted item it is great quality and price. I had to call one time to talk to someone and the lady was so kind, patient and quick to resolve my issue. I just really like this store and think during this time of pandemic that this team (store as a whole) really need to be acknowledged.

SHOPRITE OF RIVERHEAD, NY
I had placed 2 pick-up orders with ShopRite of Riverhead, NY. During my pick-up of the first order, the lady loading my groceries was going off on a tangent about not getting any sleep, and some other none sense that I didn't care to hear. Upon reviewing my receipt, before leaving the parking lot, I realized that there was about $30 worth of groceries missing. I went to the pick-up door and questioned why items weren't substituted when I asked for substitutions. The woman began complaining that they had 70 orders to fill that day, and she made it clear that my concern was an inconvenience for her. I had to go into the store myself and shop the rest of my order, myself. I requested to speak with the manager, George, but he was too busy to bother coming to speak with me. So, on the 2nd order with this store, I made sure to list at least two acceptable substitutions in the notes section for each item ordered. On an item, I said that ANY substitute would do. It was tomato sauce, which the store carries about 7 different brands of. When I picked up my order, again... things were missing. On my third order, I did the same thing and I also decided to call the store and speak with the manager, George. This time I was having the order delivered to my home and wanted to make sure that it was correct. George was rude, insulting, and dismissive. Ultimately he ended hanging up on me. I called back to ask for the name of the DM or owner of the store. He told me that I wasn't entitled to that information and hung up on me again. I will NEVER shop at this store again. Rude and unprofessional!

Trying to do online shopping at ShopRite is ridiculous. I started out with 19 people ahead of me after 32 minutes on the phone I was back up to 20 people. If they would like people to use their online shopping they should make it user-friendly. When I called the Bensalem store for help the same person kept referring me back to the 800 number which nobody ever answered. I think ShopRite should get their act together

It is very difficult to move the carts by the isles, they are always occupied by pallets and displays, specifically at the front of cashiers. Also, crossing from supermarket to the parking lots is very dangerous and. They need to redesign and pave that parking lots.

Decent boutique kind of nicer market. Good meats, vegetables, and home baked desserts. Always clean and pleasant to browse.

Wanted to give a big shoutout to Supervisor Monsey of Shoprite Veterans Road, Deli Department. I had purchased cold cuts that were not cut extra thin and called the store and Ms Monsey told me to bring them back and she would recut them for me. Thank You Ms. Monsey Shoprite Veterans Road Staten Island!

I love shopping at the shoprite on Dolson Avenue in Middletown Ny.. one the store is very clean , two the associate's are friendly and helpful, and 3 the shelves are stocked..even during covid19 the customer service was out standing..

First, I appreciate the work of supermarket workers during a crisis. At the same time, I don't think customers should pay for bad products packed by the pick up order. I purchased 4 bags of onion from online pickup. First bag, 6 out of 9 rotten onions; 2nd thru 4th bag 50% rotten onions. Called CS Online pick up, would return or refund because purchased 4 weeks ago. The bags were left in an unheated garage and not touched for 1 week due to pandemic . Did not need onions until went to use on 3rd week. They lost a loyal customer post pandemic. Should be a little give and take.
