Complete rip-off. I ordered a 40 pack of refills, and got sent one. I have reached out multiple times with no response. I have reported them to Scamwatch and raised a case with PayPal, but I suspect nothing will happen.

If I could leave 0 start I would. I ordered the starter pack for my son and it is the worst product. Total rip off. The bottle leaks, the pod stickers fall off and the scent in almost non existent. When I reached out to support no one responded. Do your self a favour and do not buy this, save your money

Never got my full order, only the bottle, with no scents in my delivery. Contacted them day of arrival, and no response. Sent another form again, still waiting.

Pretty poor items, can buy better from Kmart or Big W, also coming from China or where the hell overseas is pretty sad, nobody ever replies to emails and took a very longtime coming, especially when scentflow itself is supposed to be in Australia. Would never ever spend my money on this Crap again

This is a fraudulent company. The products are not as advertised: the pods are generic and arrive loose (not in a sealed bag). This is a copied/fake website. The goods are shipped directly from China using Yunexpress. It takes at least 3 weeks. Half of my order was missing and the quality is poor: potentially can pose health risk as the pods are loose and no ingredients list, the bottle is cheap plastic. This needs to be reported. Don't buy, it's a scam. They do not obey to Australia laws as refund is not possible: non existent customer service. Fake email address when looking at IP registration.

Advertised as an Austrlalian company but take weeks to come directly from China. Ridiculously expensive. If you're looking for an Air up alternative, this is not it! Just try Shein or Temu for the same product quality at a fraction of the price. I can't believe I didn't read the reviews before purchasing

Possibly a scam website. No product. No contact from company. No customer service and no ability to contact the company.

This company is a scam company. Before considering buying their products I’d suggest you go and look on Ali baba at the suspiciously similar looking bottles available for a couple of dollars, to top it all off the products they send aren’t even remotely similar to what they show on their website. Also they claim to have a 30 day return policy but they will never honour it and will instead just scam you out of your money. Find a more trustful company or just buy off Ali baba, this company will steal your money

Bought A scentflow drink bottle which never arrived, the tracking number seemed to be fake & led to no information. I complained, they promised to send another with new tracking number & same thing happened. Just a scam.
