I would classify this as the worst purchase and service of my life. The vacuum doesn't even work out the box and the battery charger is not even the same as what is advertised on the box (should be a double charger and its a single charger in there). The vendor is saying to contact manufacturer and the manufacturer is refusing replacement and saying it should be the vendor replacing the item? Ive never seen this in my life. The warranty on the manufacturer website indicates manufacturing issues are covered by them, so im dumbfounded. I simply want a replacement for a functional vacuum here, is that too much to ask? This thing cost me 1200$ CAD with accessories and doesn't even work out the box...

Nice size and power; only draw-back - kinda wimpy hose; others said the same; if I could find a thicker/more beefy hose that would fit into the intake/blower holes, I'd get one: just have to be careful not to crimp the hose that come with it. I like the long power cord.
