Wrong delivery, great solution. Friendly customer sevices
For the second time I ordered directly at shopviva.com. The first time I heard about VIVA was at a Kusmi store. Since then I was excited about the recharge travel mug of VIVA. It’s a great product for loose tea!
So after ordering the first time from a Dutch webshop I decided to order the second time from VIVA’s website itself. I ordered all the colours of the recharge travel mug a couple years ago. Unfortunately two of them broke down very quick after using them. I wasn't used to this from the mug. But as I started to use them very long after buying I didn’t contact VIVA about it. Wasn’t fair.
However this week I bought 3 new recharge travel mugs and today they arrived. One full of dust and dirt even not boxed as they should be and one other in a different colour than I had bought.
I contacted the customer services of VIVA today and they took this really seriously. They offered me two new recharge travel mugs without sending the ones I already had back to them. Despite of other reviews they did answer me correctly and they told me I will receive new ones. I have always had good contact with the customer services and this time in particular with Yada. She did her absolute best for me and I am happy with the solution they offered. Can’t wait to receive the new ones.
