poor customer service and delivery.

I made an order paying £3.99 for delivery which is the 3-5 working days delivery , i got in contact with the company enquiring about where my delivery is to be told it’s just an estimated delivery date and it could take up to 10 days even when paying £3.99 for delivery.

The £3.99 delivery option selected at checkout is advertised as an estimated 3–5 working day service, rather than a guaranteed delivery service. We also offer guaranteed delivery options for customers who require their order by a specific date.

At the time of writing, your order is still within the delivery timeframe quoted for the service selected and is expected to arrive accordingly. We appreciate that waiting for an order can be frustrating, but the estimated nature of this delivery service is clearly stated at checkout and its 100% on its way.

Sorry didnt work out this time but confident your parcel will arrive within the provided timeframe.
