Please do NOT subscribe to ShortTV; they are scammers.

As with the other reviews, I can confirm that this service is a scam. They tell you that you can easily cancel through the app settings where "subscriptions" are located, however the app does not show there. They get direct access to your card - not apple or google pay. When you try to cancel via email, you get canned responses like the information you're giving them is incorrect, you have the wrong email, the wrong UID, etc. When you give them all the information you could provide, another canned email responds telling you that with the volume of emails they're getting, they're experiences serious delays and to expect about a three day wait for them to get back to you. Meanwhile they continue to charge your card $19.99 per week. You will likely have to shut down your card and go through additional efforts to prevent them from charging your card. Please avoid this service at all costs. I wish I read the reviews before signing up.

Do not EVER subscribe to Shorttv. They are scammers. I subscribed for a week. Although week is now long passed, and I DID NOT renew for a further period, they are still debiting my account every three days. I reported matter to my bank, they stopped my card and sent me a new card but they are still debiting me. I now filled in a dispute form and sent it to my bank. Visa international have taken up the matter and are trying to get me a refund. Take care and do not have anything to do with this company. It is impossible to get rid of them. For reference they charge your account under the name of SHORTMAX INNOVATIONS.

I cancelled the weekly subscription on day 3 and they keep billing my credit card on a weekly basis. On my profile there is no way for me to look at or remove my information, they have my credit card information stored somewhere where I cannot access it. All email correspondence keeps coming back with the same automated reply. There is no phone number either. No way to cancel, even with the free subscription!

Was unwittingly signed up for $20/week automatic renewing subscription with no way to cancel. The app suggests doing it through your Apple or Google account but the subscription is tied to a visitor account. There is no option in the app or on the website to cancel this $20/week visitor subscription and emails are not responded to.

Do not use this under any circustances it is a scam app if you check their reviews on the google play they have tons of negative feed back. Google Play in some how is working together with this Scam, once you subscribed they say you can cancel anytime there is no way to cancel and this people bypass Google Play system and withdraw weekly money they have scammed me and I will stop them and put all sort of reports
