Love this company, love the customer service. ❤️

These guys are a complete rip off like most of these clubs. Kids sent me 2 boxes for Father’s Day - received 1 , never received the second. What a rip off

This company is misleading. I ordered the subscription billed each time a box was sent. I got my first box and it said I would get another 60 days after. I only wanted one box but they charged me and shipped another box two weeks after the first one. When I contacted customer support they were extremely rude and short and I had to fight to even cancel the subscription. The Whiskey wasn't even that good and seemed really gimicky.

I bought a 6 month subscription in June 2021 for my husband's birthday. We got one box, which was interesting. We were supposed to get another box the 2nd week in August. It is now the middle of September and despite emailing about the box, I have gotten radio silence.

I ordered the 6 month subscription box which is no longer available when I emailed asking about my missing box I was told my subscription is over and if I have any question to read the description on the website. Well genius it’s no longer offered and the description isn’t on the website. So I pull up my order and email it this rude person she in turn tells me that what I have is not the description and again to read it off of the website which at this point I have told her it’s not there. Long story short I paid way to much to be treated rudely to be missing boxes to have missing product from the first box and have to write a bad review on order to eventually get the missing products. To have whiskey replaced by hand sanitizer and to have duplicates in just 3 boxes. Plus the selection that was sent could’ve been purchased at a large liquor store. Worst service, terrible product and stupid high price for what you get.

I’m seriously disappointed with Shots Box. Instead of tasting new, flavorful whiskeys, most are mediocre to offensive when consumed straight up. Time to get cola for a mixer.

I AM STILL TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF THEM FOR MY PACKAGE…. I SAT AT HOME WAITING AND THEY UPDATED THIER STATUS SAYING THEY COMPLETED IT …… THEY NEVER SHOWED UP….. WHEN YOU TRY TO CONTACT THEM … IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL AND THEY HAVENT GOT BACK TO ME YET.

I would not recommend this company nor product to anyone I know. Their customer service is very rude and not helpful, the product itself is not a good deal. The advertised product is different than what you will receive, the cost is ridiculously high for the quality, and they will not share reviews on their website for a reason. Do not waste your money here.

This company is the best, as soon as you order something you send it fast, especially when you are close to the area and choose the option to pick up your order in the store is incredible the customer service is very friendly and they make you feel very comfortable and you can walk around the store with them explaining more about the different drinks they offer. In the end I go out with more free gifts and sanitizer that happily give you, they are the best.

highly recommend Shots Box if you're looking for an awesome gift idea! Their selection was pretty good with a lot of variety. Customer service was super helpful too!

Terrible. I had issues due to my box not arriving. The blame was magically shifted to me and the gaslighting was beyond anything I have experienced from a retailer. Do NOT use this service. They went as far as to block me on IG because I communicated my unhappiness.

Their whiskey club 50ml are not all that unique or interesting. I was disappointed in over half of the choices as being commonplace.

The shots box is cool. It gets me trying several different brands without having to buy a full bottle. I like trying new things and opening myself up to different bourbon.

There are 2 reasons I did not mark this as a 5 star.
1. The biggest issue is the shipping company. They are not helpful at all and have had issues each month on the delivery. They do not communicate well and you need to ensure there is an adult home at the time of the delivery to sign for it. The first time they set a time and just never showed up. I called and they refused to come out over the weekend because the sender did not pay for weekend delivery. Regardless of the fact that they made a mistake they would not fix it.
The second time I got a confirmation email and called them right away to give them 2 days that I will be home and available. They put that in the system and said I would receive a confirmation email. That never happen. It took 2 more calls to sort that out. I don’t feel I should need to make 3 different calls to get a delivery.

2. The cocktail bottles of spirits are in each box. They are not good at all. I feel like it is a drink not a shot. Seems like 10% of what I ordered was not really there.

The variety and uniqueness of the pro9duct offering is fantastic. The product I ordered couldn't be found anywhere else. The shopping and delivery experience totally met my expectation. I'll use them when I need gifts!

I found the distiller I was looking for but not the specific spirit I was looking for. I emailed and asked if it would be possible for them to get some. They got back to me that day and let me know it was possible and they worked with the distiller to get some.
Great group of people here and will order again when ready.
