I had an account with them for several years. Always paid my invoices with them on time. Last invoice, I missed payment and just after warning, they stopped my service. No waiting time for me to pay. I asked them to cancel my account completely and there are already months passed and they are still keeping my personal data on their website, they don't even bother to answer. Complete lack of professionalism and no respect towards their old customers. To be avoided, bad quality service, not worth it.
