Avoid!

We purchased a shower from this company in January, 2023. Within a matter of weeks it was malfunctioning: in windy conditions the burner would blow out. I was told this must be due to faulty batteries and was nothing to do with the shower itself.
At the end of last year, whilst still under warranty the shower stopped working: the thermostat was failing and the temperature was going up and down constantly. We contacted the company and sent a video of the issue and were duly told to return the unit (at our expense) for repair.
After a while we received an invoice for £24 to replace the corroded battery compartment and were accused of leaving the unit 'out in all weathers', which was totally unfounded and completely untrue. When we queried this as the unit was under warranty we were told that this was not covered. We disagree as a shower unit should be capable of withstanding the effects of water. Eventually we were told that they would undo the repair and send the unit back to us in that condition. After some weeks it took the threat of legal action to get the shower returned and they had the cheek to send an invoice for £12 for postage (it cost us £9 to send the unit to them with the same courier).
