Loved the website design and was fooled…
Loved the website design and was fooled by the live chat customer service on the website.
Which upon asking a question initially I was promptly responded to.
I was attempting to update my order only minutes after placing the original one and it was told that it would be no problem whatsoever by the customer service person.
Who upon me updating the order promptly disappeared from any kind of contact availability.
Then I called I emailed I texted I was at a loss on how to get a hold of these folks?
Thank God it was a cash on delivery disORDER.
Because despite being placed at 3:30 in the afternoon with a promise delivery time of between 4:00 and 8:00 the same day?
They are a no-show and a no-go as far as I'm concerned considering I have not heard from them and it is not 24 hours past the delivery time

I only received half of my order
I only received half of my order. The customer service person will not respond to my concern. I have been patient and polite. At this point I accept that I have lost my $110.00 and I need to find another source. I use mushrooms for social anxiety and ADHD. The product I did receive is good quality
