Great service

I was assisted by Jonathan in replacing my display screen. Very pleased with the professional, efficient and cost-effective service I've received from Siansmobiles and Jonathan.

I placed an order on eBay. I then received a phone call and had a discussion about the issues I was having. I was then given the advice and sent the correct part. Part was with me in 2 days and fixed my issue.
Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Problem with radio screen. Fitted new one no problem at an excellent price. Knew exactly what he was doing.

Really friendly and knows what he's doing 100% best about.

Jonathan was a great help from start to finish. He repaired our screen on the sat nav unit very quickly. Job was turned around within 24hours and vehicle back on the road all working and no problems. Highly recommended service! Thank you.

Had an issue with the LCD cluster screen in my car, it had failed. Ordered Friday 13th at 4pm. Jonathan got in contact to check that I had ordered the correct part, really helpful guy. Can't actually believe it but it arrived first class Royal Mail the next morning (11am). All fitted and working before 12pm. Absolutely delighted. Saved a fortune and the screen is much brighter. Thank you Jonathan for the first class service. Would definitely recommend.

Have a VW Sharan and the headunit touchscreen had started to act erratically not work in certain areas making the sat nav obsolete. Found siansmobiles on Ebay while sourcing for a solution to having to replace the headunit which if over 2k. What an absolutely amazing guy Jonathan is. Right from the beginning he quickly answered any questions or concerns I had about compatibility before I placed an order. Sent my unit any for him to repair and had it back and fitted in 2 days!!! Genuine quality parts used and it looks and act like brqnd new. The service, professionalism and quality of product he provided is second to none. All I can say is if you have a faulty touch screen in your car get in
touch with Jonathan, you won't be disappointed.

I just had my broken multimedia screen replaced by this gentleman, super smooth experience. 30 minutes and the job was perfectly executed. Would recommend to everyone who needs help with any type of screen. 10/10!

Sadly a very poor experience with this ‘company’. I would strongly consider researching the company before ordering with them. Products are fake and bad quality. Anyway lesson learnt. Avoid at all costs.

Just to add, definitely not a fake a review. Go and check the 1* reviews for this guy and you’ll see that there is indeed truth in what I’m saying.

Shame you didn’t address the actual issues instead of trying to make out the review is fake and I’m not a genuine customer. Feel free to involve the police. Maybe they will close down someone that sells dodgy products.

A further update to my review, the seller has attempted to discredit me by claiming I have provided with “fake” details. This is simply untrue. Whilst I understand he will do his utmost to not address the issue in hand and deflect, that’s not the way to approach a customer complaint. Instead of working with me to convert this negative experience and review into something positive you are just digging deeper. This should tell you all you need to know about this seller.

Great comms, product and support

I can't recommend Jonathan enough after finding his services on eBay when my media play got water damage to the screen. I had a bad experience with Halfords replacing it and fitting a new and rubbish 'upgade' badly so sent my damaged unit off to Jonathan. He not only fixed it but had it returned to me within 48 hrs. Every message I sent him was responded to almost immediately and he was super helpful. He is an absolute wizard and don't hesitate to get in touch with him if you need his services. Thank you Jonathan!! Soooo happy to have my original unit back in and working perfectly !!

If you have a screen that needs replacing, without hesitation check out Jonathan!
He went above and beyond to assist, even video called to guide me through it when I went wrong.
We can only score a five but he's a 10/10!

What an amazing experience. We were recommended by a friend after being quoted £950 at Ford.
We met Jonathan at his house and after a few quick questions we left our car with him to have the display fixed.
He said it would take about an hour and cost £250.
We set off for a walk… 20 minutes later we got the call to say it was fixed and the car was ready.
We were very impressed.
From arriving with no display, music or usb ports working, we drove home with everything working again.

5 star service
