Product is undoubtedly great. Service standards are low.

Product is undoubtedly great. I am using it for last over 4 months. Products service standard is very low.

* 2 weeks ago, I was trying placing order it took me 2 days to complete the placing orders.
** company took 4 days to revert back they cancelled my order saying my refund is pending and I have followed it up on them twice.
*** If company facing inventory problems or financial crunch, they should let their valued customers know.
Hope they would rectify these.
