The villa was exactly what we hoping it would be with the pool and the gardens which surround the villa. Both the interior and exterior were first class and there was plenty of room for us all. What set Sicily Luxury Villas apart from others was the dedicated service that we were provided. All our car service needs and activities were arranged by Ottavia and she was fantastic with her guidance and follow up. We look for to using them again

We were a party of 6 and had the pleasure of staying at two Sicily Luxury Villas in different areas. The first, Villa Capo Bianco in Agrigento was so great, comfortable and well situated near the stunning beaches & cliffs! We rented e-bikes which were available directly at the villa and enjoyed riding around and exploring the mountainous surroundings. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! I haven’t slept that well in a while! We enjoyed our stay very much.

The second was the seaside Villa Riflesso, quiet and serene but still close to Siracusa’s city center and Ortigia Island which was a plus for us as we went into town almost daily. The villa itself was breathtakingly beautiful, modern and pristine with the best sunset views- beyond expectations & even better than the pictures ;)

The villa was well appointed, with modern appliances, smart TV’s and very good internet access. We felt so comfortable and at home & wished that we could have stayed there longer.

The Sicilian Luxury Villas team Chiara & Ottavia were so kind and generous with their time and expertise.

We had such an incredible trip that exceeded all our expectations! The home and grounds are beautiful. We felt so privileged to stay and be treated so kindly by everyone who took care of us. The food was amazing and we felt special in every regard! We hope to go back some day and highly recommend to anyone fortunate enough to spend time at this magical home. Thank you to everyone from all 16 of us!!

Torre del Falco

This rustic,old casa is nestled between an olive grove and citrus orchard. As you drive up the driveway the first time and see the rising tower, you'll be blown away! The home is spacious and comfortable with large en suite rooms that have amazing views of the surrounding area. The photos don't do justice to the charm and space you'll experience. Our group of 8 spent most of our time on the HUGE back loggia looking out to the expansive back lawn and pool area, which is filled with mature trees and shrubs. The large property is very quiet with plenty of space to walk around and, perhaps, find some solitude.

Getting around the western part of the island is easy. Palermo, Trapani and Marsala are within an hour's drive from the villa. We visited several sites close to the villa including Segesta, Agrigento and Selinunte. The town of Castelvetrano is quaint and has several grocery stores and specialty retailers.

The concierge team (Chiara, Eleonora and Pietro) was extremely professional and always available and responsive to our requests. We owe a lot of our enjoyment of the space to them.

From start to finish my experience with SLV was flawless. The apartment we rented from
them in Palermo and Noto were well represented in their photos and descriptions. The people that work for SLV were the best part though. They are efficient and prompt with their responses, especially the concierges in Noto and Palermo. Everything we requested was taken care of - from restaurant reservations to airport transfers, parking information and trivial apartment requests. I highly recommend the organization.

We had an excellent and enjoyable time with Sicily luxury Villas, the service provided was, attentive and helpful, all emails and questions were answered promptly, our contact, Chiara, was very helpful and charming, we would definitely go with Sicily Luxury Villas again

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Riflesso very much. The location of the villa was really amazing. We even had access to a private beach. The villa was well equipped and very clean!! So everything (also the weather) met our expectations! Our host, Ottavia made our stay even more comfortable. She was always there for us and answered all of our question immediately! She and Fabio made our overall experience from booking to the end of the trip great! Thank you so much Ottavia for your great support during our stay at Villa Riflesso. What a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend staying at this villa if you are visiting Mondello, Sicily. From start to finish it was everything we hoped for and more. The owner of the house, Beta, greeted the four of us with open arms the second we arrived and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know during our stay at the villa for the week, she also answered any questions we had. She truly made us feel so comfortable and right at home. This is one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in and it was kept immaculate. We each had our own room and bathroom and the backyard was truly incredible. We went in the pool every day and enjoyed it beyond belief. The house was stocked with things we would need and we were even able to do our laundry. The property is in a prime location. The villa is less than 10 minutes away from restaurants, stores and the desirable mondello beach which made it super convenient to not have to look for parking. I highly recommend staying here. We already talked about coming back next summer we loved it! Can’t thank her enough!

The Pre-planning and coordination during the week was what made our week so amazing. Roberta gave us great options, and made each excursion a memorable day for all of our guests. The meals done by the onsite staff were fresh, thoughtful and local. They even made the table settings works of art. The villa itself was the perfect location for the large group that we had gathered. The landscaping and pool stand out as creating a perfect place to relax and enjoy the week. Finally, the staff onsite were friendly, and accommodating. Grazie mille!

We enjoyed our villa stay in Mondello!
It was lovely to relax with family for outdoor dinners on the shaded patio or around/in the pool.
The rooms/beds were comfortable.
The beach is beautiful with perfect water temperature in September.
Roberta (concierge) was helpful with restaurant suggestions, booking a winery tour, etc.
We will return!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with SLV. From the reservation and payment process, information, arrival and checkin, and services, everything was exceptional. The villa was magnificent, fully appointed. The label “luxury villa” is fully justified.

Everything met our expectations. It was a great experience. Thanks to Ottavia, she made everything easy. She organized all our trips, reservations for restaurants. Shout out to the staff of the villa for making our experience splendid as well. Thanks so much!!

This is the perfect house for people in search of absolute tranquility and total immersion in nature with the most stunning view on the very protected area of Vendicari and the Mediterranean Sea. Yet Casa Heron is extremely comfortable and refined, displaying an exquisite taste and contemporary Italian design. The infinity pool situated between the patio and the olive trees orchard makes every day perfection. This is a special place that requires to be grateful of having the privilege of enjoying such exclusivity, and to be very respectful of its impeccable features. Ms Vania from the Agency perfectly understood our search and this stay 100% matched our wish for spending a week far from the maddening crowds, in peace, almost in a bubble. The beaches and the social life are nevertheless 15/30minutes away by car, but why bother once in such heaven?

Great holiday. Villa was fantastic. Everything was covered, no issues, just relaxation.

The villa was 5 star 🌟 with the outside area like a small luxury hotel complex. It has an outside bar, BBQ area, numerous sun loungers, Ibiza style beds, seats for every location of the sun (see the villa photos to bring this alive). Silvio (our host) met us with his son for complimentary food and drinks on arrival at a local cafe which was a lovely touch. Upon arrival at the villa, there was local food, drinks and beers in the fridge. He maintained the pool on a daily basis and was checking in daily via WhatsApp. Silvio saw us out locally having breakfast one of the days and without us knowing paid the bill ;-) i highly recommend this villa we had a lovely time with a wonderful host!

Sicily Luxury Villas were amazing from the very outset. They took care of all our needs - Chiara particularly was very attentive and kept in touch throughout to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. She also offered to arrange massages, wine tasting, boat trips and also made restaurant recommendations (Potter Steaks was excellent - thank you!). We can't wait to come back to Villa Senia and thoroughly recommend Sicily Luxury Villas! 5 Stars!

We had a fantastic week in villa Riflesso/ Sirena. The villa is absolutely spotless with amazing sea views, is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped.

The tennis court was great fun as well as the table tennis and football! The gym has fabulous views and the direct private excess to the see is just amazing equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, bean bags and snorkels.

Ottavia our concierge was incredible professional and helpful for all our queries and Piedro the very friendly grounds keeper always there to help. The cleaning ladies Loredana and her lovely colleague were so sweet and did a brilliant job and finally Marselle our onsite host was equally as brilliant.
Every query was answered immediately and very professionally. We can’t rate all of them highly enough.

The villa is located at the end of a
cul de sac so is very quiet but getting there can be a bit tricky as the road leading up to it is very narrow as lots of locals park there to excess the beautiful rocky beaches. We loved the local beach club Il Varco 23 where we had a lovely meal and pre dinner drinks. Ortigia is absolutely beautiful and our trips to Noto, Etna and Taormina were all fab. All in all a great holiday and we can highly recommend Sicilyluxuryvillas

My experience staying at the Villa was a total dream. Every picture of this beautiful 10 room villa was exquisite and advertised perfectly. The gardens were lush with beautiful trees and plants making the grounds so peaceful and beautiful. The swimming pool was delightful and very relaxing.

SLV have been superb. Thanks to them we were able to find the perfect villa and setting for a family reunion last week. Villa Zagara had all the comforts and facilities to accomodate 3 generations including an elderly person with mobility issues. Between the pool, the tennis court, the table tennis table, the wonderful chef and all the staff, all very charming and accommodating, we lacked nothing.

In terms of the initial organisation, Chiara in particular was extremely patient with me as I asked her a trillion questions due to my concerns over the suitability of the villa for my elderly father and she always responded with a smile. I highly recommend their company.

The welcome from Sylvio (Villa owner) and information we received from the 1st moment we arrived was wonderful. The agency rep was also extremely proactive and helpful and both went out of there way to support our holiday. Sylvio even booked local help and restaurants for us, making sure every aspect of our holiday was stress free. The villa itself was also very special. All facilities were perfect and everything had been thought of, from kitchenware, towels, clean bedding and a nice bonus of some local italian produce on our arrival. The outside space was also perfect. The size of the pool, coupled with the views were truly special, and the pool design was so clever it was insect free all week. I would highly recommend the villa and company to anyone. Well done Roberta and Silvio!
