If I send them a whatsapp asking for a technical question about a product they sell, I expect a serious and professional answer, not a "funny" one

I purchased two Skate-tools on may 7th to be shipped to Germany, and today I already got my order, even though there was a public holiday in between! The packaging was minimal, the tools are doing what they are supposed to, and the price for it all, incl. shipping was very fair.

First of all, the website is legit, and the seller is legit. However, they did have some issues.
I ordered a R1 Shredlight, and a SL1000 Pack Shredlight. Just over a week or so later, I got my package. So why the low-ish review?
Because the contents of my SL1000 Pack should've been: an SL1000 light, and the mounts for the skateboard. Instead, I got a SL300 and the mounts for the skateboard. My disappointment naturally stems from the error made during the shipment! An item called "SL1000 pack" without a SL1000? One could claim this to be a simple mistake when packaging the box but the paper receipt inside the shipment seemed to indicate that the contents were correct (that the seller believed the contents of the SL1000 pack to be a SL300 light + mounts). This despite the photo on the website and the product description saying the contents were an SL1000.
Furthermore, given that an SL300 retails for 49.95euro (on their website), mounts for 7.95euro, and SL1000 for 89.95euro, paying 93.95euro for 58ish euro worth of products doesn't make much sense.
Fortunately I paid with Paypal and the resolution center allowed for an amicable solution to be found (wherein I was reimbursed the price difference of the SL300 and an SL1000), but this was still not an ideal situation.

UPS screwed up the delivery and lost the package. UPS said they could only do an investigation if initiated by the sender and it would take a few days.
Sickboards quickly sent new items to me while they handle the package investigation with UPS, minimizing my wait time.
Very happy with the way Sickboards handled my case.
