Really disappointed, spent months researching a hob, to work with homeconnect and alexa, however i've paid over £1400 for the hob only for it not to work, because my hob has frysensor plus and not frysensor pro, its actually the same price for both hobs .... but just one tiny word has made all the difference. The studio line catalogue is not clear enough and for an item this price, am gutted!! ... i could have bought a hob for half the price, and still got the same functions i have ended up with!!!!

5-stars are not enough.

We have a multifunction oven that took us a long time to identify that it was not reaching the correct temperature. Food was often undercooked.

Yesterday, I called the Zaragoza centre and asked to speak with someone in English. Very quickly she took the details and said that she would arrange for a technician to call.

At 4pm a technician called me and in excellent English said he would arrive a 9am this morning. He arrived on time and fixed the over electronically x very clever.

This level of service is much higher than we might have expected and a good reminder why Siemens products are worth the additional cost.
