Good service and help when buying a new kitchen. Satisfied with the kitchen itself. But the installer has done a poor job, which has resulted in some of the kitchen fittings collapsing. When looking inside, it is clear that the assembly has been done poorly. A warranty claim is approved, but the fact that it takes several months to get help for problems caused by Sigdal itself is far too poor for a supplier like Sigdal, which delivers kitchens that are more expensive than many other suppliers. I hope this is an exception and not the norm. But Sigdal confirms that it is due to "high demand" that we have had to wait. Considering that Sigdal is used in many construction projects in Ullensaker (many new apartment buildings with a Sigdal agreement), I would probably have chosen another supplier myself. Unless you want to end up at the back of the queue for warranty claims or errors caused by them. There has also been a lack of feedback, and inquiries are not answered until you have to call and follow up on cases after a long wait. Frustrating, but I find it difficult to justify the price and recommend Sigdal to others considering a new kitchen. Solely due to the service/support in the after-sales market.
