Ordered items at a very difficult time of year (24th December),but Mike emailed me,and kept me up to date.

Goods arrived undamaged etc.,and are now happily installed & making the neighbours lives a misery >:o)

Top marks for actions beyond the call of duty,considering my late order,as the single delivery included something I ordered even later.

I was thankfully joking about the neightbours,they're very sound folks.

Will recommend S&S,and no doubt use them again myself,once the bank account recovers sufficiently.

Recently used this company - the price was great and the service was fast and friendly - very polite - very knowledgeable staff - will definately use them again - recommended - five stars.

I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews, good or bad, but in this case I just felt I had to.

I purchased my kit online with this company and I had no idea they were so close to where I lived. I got a great deal online with them, with a discount code I received, for signing up to their newsletter.

I found them to extremley friendly, with a great sense of humour, which is refreshing. They gave me some great advice on the kit I purchased and I went down to their store on the strength of that first experience to purchase some cables I needed to complete my system.

The store was gorgeous and they spent almost an hour discussing various options. The cables were made up for me by hand at the lemgths I needed and then they actually dropped them off at my home, because i had to leave for an appointment.

What a bunch of great guys.

I dont know what happened to Kaz, but given my experience and I am a very good judge of character, due to my job. I dont believe her review for a second.

Do not hesitate to buy from these guys, 'with confidence'.

Ordered item, week later nothing, then told another 2 weeks awaiting stock, still no arrival! Then told item not coming at all, asked for refund, week later still nothing, tried phoning few times but told person dealing with it was unavailable! Went through Paypal dispute in the end and got my money back a month after ordering. And that's not all.......

I ordered my Denon system from Sight and Sound, and recieved it within 48 hours of placing my order. Very fast!
Not being a technical guy, I had to phone them about hooking it all up, and the guys I spoke to were extremely helpful, and helped me get it all working.
I am delighted with the service I recieved, and will definitely use them again.
Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with my new Onkyo AV amp, it's fantastic. These guys also recommended some speakers to go with it, and the whole thing is brilliant!

I ordered a speaker package which was delivered to my door within 48 hours! I called the day after placing my order to check the delivery date and the staff were really helpful - its my first experience of Sight and Sound but I'd defintely use them again.

not the fastest delivery but it arrived within a few days and the experience and communication was all-round very good. Recommended.

I recently purchased a Monitor Audio speaker package from these guys. I'm made up with it, and it arrived the next day. Awesome!

Placed an order for goods - two weeks later with no sign of delivery I contacted them over and over again. Long story short, now waiting for more than a month to get my money back - staff were rude and ignorant.
