Every time I have used Signals for IT equipment ordering or purchasing, the service has been exceptional. Prompt email replies, friendly staff and exceptionally quick delivery make them a top company to do business with.

Responsive when i ask for updates on available equipment, the ordering / payment process is simple, the supplied products are exactly as expected and the delivery is always quick if not next day. great service.

I have now purchased multiple items from here four times. Each time, I've been given immaculate condition items at fantastic prices compared to what's out there in the market.

Packaging-wise, it has always been secure and the delivery times were great. They continuously kept me informed on my order via text/email which has been brilliant.

I have since recommended the business to work colleagues and family whom have all bought items from here at least 2/3 times.

Absolute shambles of a company, I bought a refurbished computer from them of the 4th Feb and paid for next day delivery to which they sent me confirmation from DPD. It never arrived, so I called them. Their only explanation was that 'accounts' hasn't confirmed payment even though I had sent a screenshot of this as requested. They assured me it would be with me the next day and again it wasn't. I have now asked for a refund but if this is their attitude to their customers who have paid for a product I would be very weary of using any of their IT services.
There are plenty of IT companies out there. Please use one of them and not Signals IT.
