The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called them to see if they purchase used large format printers as I was looking to close my business. They asked me to email in a test print and a photo of the machine alongside what I was hoping to get for it, so I did and obviously they weren’t too keen on my asking price so they straight up ignored my email on several occasions. I did put in the email that I am open to offers as I understand they need to collect it and still make a profit. I called them a couple weeks later and the woman said she will search through their emails and have someone get back to me and 3 weeks later still nothing. How they’re still in business after treating people like this is beyond me.

After visiting the showroom and speaking to James and Doug they helped me pick out an eco solvent printer that would suit my needs, the team there are very friendly and helpful and I couldn’t recommend them enough. After purchasing the printer on a Friday the following Monday morning Lozz and Maison came to install my Roland VS540.

Lozz talked me through and showed me how to use the software (couldn’t be any easier) and I got printing straight away.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend this company enough and I will continue to go for them for all my supplies. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m really heartbroken 💔this company caused me so much frustration and loss. I requested for a new board for our machine, paid for this fully and extra for call out charge etc.as requested and they deliberately deceitfully sent me an old part from one of their used machines without letting me know this was the case. It would have been my chose to say yes or no. They now got the poor engineer to come over to try to install and reconfigure my own machine to try to fit it which didn’t eventually work. Now tried to blame it on me that my own machine had underlying issues. Thank Goodness for the certified Roland Engineer that was referred to me directly by Roland to help check my system. We then found out that it was an old dirty board from an old machine not the same model as mine that was installed. I’ve now asked for a refund for them to pickup their crap spare and kindly respectfully refund and company is refusing to refund. I now understand this is how they operate. It’s very sad indeed. People work so hard, no one likes to be ripped off shall. I’m still chasing. I hope they repent. Small businesses please be careful out there. These guys don’t care

Recently sourced materials from somewhere else after using these people for 10 years for a specialist consumable. They are an absolute shambles and there is a problem with every order placed, that’s when of course the order is even dispatched. Absolutely terrible to deal with and I’m glad to see the back of them!

This company sold me a supposedly functional printhead, but it turned out to be a complete dud. After wasting time and money trying to revive it with parts and inks, I attempted to return it for a refund, only to be accused of fraud by the seller. They went as far as stalking me on Facebook and accusing me of swapping out their faulty printhead with another. Avoid this company at all costs—they sell junk and then blame the buyer when it doesn't work out.

eBay had to refund in the end

⁸Bought a £8500 lef printer supposed to be serviced. Came with faults. And Parts missing. Paid 650 for delivery installation and training delivery came at 7 pm waited all day no contact then had to unload a heavy machine myself. Being palmed off now trying to get missing parts and the printer fixed which is supposed to have a 30 day repair warranty.so now have a £8500 printer i cant use and no sign of it getting fixed .training was 350 quid wasted money as it was pointless and misinformed. So im now stuck with a non working printer with parts missing and no idea how to set it up..which i paid for and would advise anyonyone thinking of buying from them to go somewhere else i wouldnt wish my experience on anyone.

Messaged about a wide format printer that was available on the website. I Received a phone call straight away and sorted a new machine that was better suited for me. Machine was delivered with a turn around time of about 48 hours. The communication and support i received was amazing even received a message the day after it was delivered to ensure everything was okay. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Really happy with the service. As a regular customer the customer I keep coming back as everything's always as described, on time and well packaged.

SMS are a great company to deal with at all levels. Have always provided accurate advice and information and their service has been exemplary. We recently had a problem with our Roland printer and they worked with us to find a solution. Would highly recommend.

Have ordered vinyl wrap from these guys, was delivered the next day and was also advised on the best way to apply it. Would use again.

Always bought my ink and media from signmaking and supplies but they really helped me out last month I came back to my machine after lockdown and the test print wouldn’t print at all so called them up signed up to there service contract and they was with me next day fully serviced my machine and got it back up and running can’t recommend there services enough

Recently started creating signs as a side job and for doing bits for my family so I ordered my first machine which was the Roland sp300v. Once I ordered the machine I had it delivered the following day and was even shown the ins and outs of the machine. Having owned the machine now for 2 months the after sales and the service I've gotten from the company have been 2nd to none. 10/10 would reccomend.

Have used for 2 years. Have had 3 Roland XR 640 machines from these guys all on a service plan - a vital part of my day to day business. Whenever i have a issue they are super fast to resolve it, and not only do they help fix my machines, they teach me how to fix and maintain them myself - Which is priceless!

I also use them for my vinyl and ink and have only ever once had a small problem in 2 years (ink damaged in transit) that was rectified immediately. Can't recommend enough!

Appalling company. Used daily/weekly for the last few years untill went down hill in the last year now constantly blaming postal services for there incompantance. They just reply with same email when ever you contact them.. I had to phone them in the end as wasn’t getting anywhere via email. Won’t waste my time or money on them any more. Worse company I have come across.

Terrible - took two months to realise not in stock and then slow to refund. Do not use if wish to remain sane.

Went downhill very fast. Missing items from orders. Wrong prices charged. It’s a pity because I used to use them weekly sometimes daily.

1st and last order. Ordered 15 meters of black vinyl. I got 10m and 5m. Ordered 10x1" masking tape got 0. 3 emails to customer service to find out they don't have the stock. Refund for the tape quickly issued. Now looking for a new supplier.
