Ordered in August 2025. Still no order received. Now pursuing legal action for time wasting, business losses and unreasonable delays.

Its a scam. Dont buy anything. They dont provide refunds or any updates. Now because ive threatened legal action, they made a fake royal mail label as in its ready to send. Still not updated.

This company is fake. However, since ive checked the details and retrieved their Companies House, im taking legal action.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER.

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I made a very small silicone mold order that is fairly easy to make with a week. But this company took 6weeks to get me the product I ordered. When my order arrived it came incomplete with missing materials, and missing some other stuff they added on and promised to give but they did not. It came damaged with signs of being poorly handled, holes in the mold, bent and the silicone mold had hairs inside of it stuck in the silicone mold.
Ever since the day I made my order. It straight up felt like I was scammed. They don’t give any updates all. I called more than several multiple times but they didn’t answer the phone or reply to the voice messages I left them. After they delivered my ordered I called them and left a message but they didn’t answer or reply. IT IS A SCAM. I will be getting the police involved, if they refuse to give me a full refund. This is very outrageous.

Well Worth the Wait!

Originally found this seller through Etsy as I needed a custom-made silicone mould to use for my shaker charms. After sending over a draft for my design I got a quote within a few hours and agreed to payment. I was a bit wary at first as the link requesting payment was through email via the company's own website, despite communicating through their Etsy sales page. To make my fears worse the track my order link through email kept appearing "could not be reached" and the website's account option said the same when you attempted it.
I reached out to the seller just after a week through Etsy messaging as I hadn't received any update and the tracking link still didn't work but they assured me that the order was still in production. A little over 4 weeks and I received another email to say that the item had been dispatched and received it roughly a week after. Despite how long it took to receive I can safely say it was definitely worth the wait! The final product is made of strong high-quality silicone and exact to the required measurements that I asked for. I think the company website needs some work but all in all I am a very satisfied customer! Thank You very much!

Avoid at all cost.

Communication was good to begin with, then stopped completely after order was placed with them. Order placed 13th of August, was meant to take 9 working days, it’s now mid September and haven’t heard back, no one answering phones either. Don’t use.

Order was not supposed to take 9 working days. Customer ordered 4 items in a complex order involving non silicone materials and the time estimate is 21 working days even for 1 item. Customer was told that order would be ready for mid September, then began to demand for order to be ready for 11th September. Customer was told order would be ready 13th September but refused to accept this and began to ask for a refund. Despite this we stated we would provide a refund if customer could show evidence of 13th September as a confirmed date. We also sent a history of correspondence in a pdf proving that customer was told that mid September was a more realistic estimate. 13th September is of course before mid September.

Customer has been told we are still happy to provide order but is dissatisfied due to missing an order with their client and blames us.

No Communication and very unprofessional

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, and I genuinely gave SiliconeCustoms multiple chances to resolve this. I placed an order on July 2nd, left a note requesting someone contact me to discuss cavity sizing (as this was important to my use case), and received no confirmation email, no product, and very little communication overall.

I tried to reach out through several channels—email, phone, their messaging system—and while they offered to arrange a phone call, it was never honoured. Weeks passed with no updates or explanation.

Eventually, I received a short email stating that my refund had “already been processed”—no apology, no acknowledgment of the missed call or the lack of communication. I understand things go wrong sometimes, but courtesy and accountability go a long way, and neither were offered here.

I’m glad I’ve been refunded, but I can’t give more than one star based on my experience. Hopefully others receive better service, but in my case, it fell far below expectations.

EDIT: Regarding SiliconeCustoms reply. Yes I was given a refund, however they did not offer me a refund until I sent a second email formally requesting a refund and threatening further action. Only at this time did I receive an apology from them

They seem to believe that I could have been aware that they were not taking orders at the time I placed mine, however this was absolutely no way I could have known this as there was nothing on their website to state this, and they did not reach out to me to state that this was the case

Regarding the phone call, the company themselves asked me to schedule this, which I did on the 6th of July. It is now the 20th of July and today is the first time they have explained why they did not attend the phone

They are blatantly smearing the truth, as I was given ZERO indication that they were not operating, and despite reaching out several times via phone call and emails, they only explained themselves today and offered an apology today, despite being able to email me on the 16th

I am now taking this further to the Northern Ireland’s Official Consumer Supports Service and will be filing a complain to the UK’s Trading Standards

You placed an order without following the proper order protocol at a time when we weren’t taking orders. We tried to accommodate you and weren’t able to speak on the scheduled call. You asked for a refund and were refunded within one day. I’ve explained to you that we weren’t taking orders and the cause of the delay and us being unable to locate your order (all of which you are fully aware of and can see in the email history) and you refuse to accept this and are insistent on doing a 1 star review because you placed an order yourself when we weren’t taking orders and couldn’t be accommodated and we refunded the same day you requested a refund.

You also then lie and claim that no one apologised to you when you were offered an apology along with your refund.

What’s the purpose?

Looking at your page it seems that you are quite a difficult individual to please.

No product received

I ordered a simple custom mould in August to the value of £65. After two months of waiting and two promised fulfillments, I claimed my money back through my bank. I believe they either had no intention of making my mould OR they are so disorganised that they couldn't manage it. Customer service: nil. Communication: nil. Honouring order: nil. It's no surprise why this company have negative reviews, both on here and on Etsy.

Another bad experience

After my previous bad experience where I was sent only half of my order and half of those were so poor quality they couldn't be used.... I received an apology email 6 months later and an offer to resend the order. Surprise surprise, said order has not appeared and no further communication. Avoid at all costs.
