Great shopping experience, quick delivery. The only detail I can point out as “negative” is the presentation to the customer, it is just a black fabric bag. If you are thinking to give it as a present a better presentation should had been nice.
Very good service. I bought a "gravid kula" and it was damaged in one of the sides, I contacted customer service and in a couple of days I got a new perfectly rounded kula with a return envelope in which I could send back the damaged one. Very satisfied!

I think the presentation was ok but... the necklace was discolored more like (grey/black).. all of them..2 of them already broken.. the chain is not for kids..
