Good looking website and found exactly what we were looking for. Easy to order and item arrived quickly.

I had been told that there was a 1 - 2 week lead-time, but I'm yet to receive any updates despite chasing, even though the two weeks have now passed!

Misleading delivery time and no proper communication
I ordered a lamp from Silver Mushroom because the website stated a waiting time of 1–2 weeks. After I paid, I was told by email that the waiting time would actually be around two weeks longer.
Since then, there has been no proper communication, no lamp, and no refund. This is unacceptable. Customers should be clearly informed before payment if an item is not in stock or if the delivery time is much longer than advertised.
This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. It feels extremely unprofessional and I would strongly warn other customers to be careful before ordering from this company.

Took many weeks to arrive, I was starting to question if it was actually a legitimate company. I emailed and got no reply.
However it did turn up eventually!!

My bowl was extremely well packaged with protective layers and it arrived promptly.

Found this company online after trying to find a standard lamp. So glad I found them. Gorgeous lamp, beautifully packed and I’m so pleased with it. Plus they are in Lancashire where I came from, and I will check out their lovely items again. Happy to support a local company. 😁💕

I purchased a dining table and had a problem, customer services are without a doubt the best I have ever come across, nothing was too much trouble, I was kept informed along the way with delivery dates etc. Special mention to Keira who went above and beyond in her support. I have purchased other items from this company and have had not problems at all, good quality and a little bit different from the crowd.

I received a first class service from Silver Mushroom. I bought a bench from them and spoke to an extremely helpful person before my item was dispatched who even took the trouble (without my requesting it) to take a photo of the item before it left their warehouse. Smooth delivery ensued, good communication and a gorgeous complimentary room spray was thrown in to round off an excellent first experience of ordering from this company. I’ll be back!

Ordered a expensive cabinet two months ago, was told I have to wait six weeks, been emailing for the last three weeks and been told that it’s on its way,

At this rate I’ll be getting buried in it!
