I can't give enough praise...
I can't give enough praise for their commitment and effort to make the impossible happen. I really wanted the Bagster puppy tankbag tankbag that was no longer being made and was sold out world wide. After a year of searching for the puppy tankbag that was so perfect that I gave up all hope. Until I discovered through Silverstonemotor that Bagster was re-releasing their puppy tankbag, so I immediately purchased one. I purchased the 20L one for my 7 pound Yorkie and it was a perfect fit for her and on the motorcycle. I was so desperate and Silverstonemotor made my dream come true. Every other store said sorry can't help you, but Silverstonemotor said no problem and made it happen. If you're shopping here you're in the right place with the right people to help you with anything you need. Thank you for everything and believe me, I'll be back!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Website says they ship to 27 countries but Australia is not one of them. They say no one will offer insurance to ship to Australia despite the country being in the top 5 risk free globally.

What a great service this shop was able to arrange stickers from Puig for me under the spoiler while no one could help me, Silverstone was able to arrange them from Puig and also fast shipping so that is service so my next purchase is certain thanks for everything
