Very unhappy new customer…
As a new customer who lives one and a half hours drive away I bought a large Pot for 60 pounds I got it to the car I realized it looked far too big so we took it back to the shop this was within five minutes. This company had my 60-pound cash was in their till for approximately five minutes, they would not give me the cash back I was forced to accept a credit voucher for £60. Essentially they have forced another three hour car journey on us in order to use this £60 voucher. I had also spent £160 on plants and Roses..on the same visit just a few minutes before the pot transaction.
I certainly will not be recommending this company to any of my friends family or to the hundreds of people I know on Facebook garden groups. This decision to give us a voucher only was made by the owner not a manager the owner of the business
