Avoid it at all cost. I feel TRICKED!!
I ordered a dress with international delivery. I read their international delivery terms and conditions where it was clear the only transport cost was 18euros. I ended up paying 100pounds extra for the transport. I contacted the costumer services and they were rude and laughed about me complaining. After my complain they changed their terms and conditions in their website (it was obviously incorrectly written when I ordered). I told them they had to give my money back as it was their mistake but it is not only that they didn’t give me my money back, they were rude, inappropriate and disrespectful. This has been a fraud.
I hope this help other people to do not be tricked.

FRAUDE!
Pedi un vestido en su pagina web donde especificaba en las condiciones de envio que solo me costaria 18euros. Termine pagando 100 euros mas de transporte. Cuando contacte al servicio al cliente fueron mal educados y se rieron de mi al telefono. Despues de mi queja cambiaron su pagina web (porque estaba obviamente equivocada cuando yo hice mi pedido). Les pedi que me devolvieran mi dinero porque era un error de su pagina. No solo no me han devuelto me dinero sino que se han reido de mi al telefono y me han tratado de muy mala manera. Una falta de educacion tremenda y un TIMO!!!!! Estafadores que deberian de haber reconocido su error y ademas de cambiar su pagina web deberian haberme devuelto el dinero.
Espero que esto ayude a otras personas a no ser timados.

Horrible experience with them, I order a white dress for my weeding. after nearly a month I receive the dress. 341€ for so poor quality ... really not nice at all. I contact them to ask them How I can do to send back the dress and get my money back. They didn't tell me I will not be paid back but they told me how to send back the dress. I pay 21euros to send back the dress and when they receive it they told me they don't do pay back because it is "white collection ".

They are THIEF, they didn't give me my money back or a voucher NOTHING they have the dress and my 340 euros ! its a big shame on you !

I ordered one dress at 340 euro from Silvia Navarro website, plus an extra 18 euro for the premium DHL shipping option. Money was taken immediately. However, one week past, I got no update on shipping. I emailed their customer service and been told that I will received the package in 7 days. Yet, after waiting for 5 WEEKS past the order date, NOTHING ARRIVED. The customer service told me to keep waiting and they said they sent the package and will arrive soon. When I emailed asking for shipping confirmation from delivery company they did not answer.
No apologies, no explanation. Extremely disappointed and upset. Avoid!
