It was my 6th transaction in SIMIG

It was my 6th transaction in SIMIG - always everything correct, fast with full informations.
All lamps are exactly like as on the SIMIG page.
I am very glad to see lamps in my house.

Lampa do korytarza

I painted the walls in my hallway blue and a moment later I found this lamp at SimigLighting, it was quite expensive but very nice. I ordered it immediately, after 3 weeks it arrived but damaged, long journey... The seller easily sent me a second lamp at no additional cost!! I thank them very much for this. The lamp is beautiful! My small corridor benefited greatly from nice lighting. I highly recommend this seller, great service and beautiful lamp designs.

DONT BUY 😱😱

Ordered two lamps. The first one that arrived has had problems since I received it. The screen is not straight and now when my son touched it the whole screen came off and won't be attached again as the gangs don't take. Customer service sends lots of emails asking me to remove my review, but why can't they just do the right thing? Why should I pay for a broken lamp?

According to the order and email records, please allow us to clarify:

1. The lamp you received is not defective. As explained to you in the email, the part of this lamp that is crooked is the universal rod. It can adjust the direction of the lampshade. If you need this lampshade to stand upright, you just need to push the lampshade to the upright direction. Then the lampshade and the rod will be stand straightly. Or you can assemble the lampshade directly without the universal rod.

2. If the product is damaged caused by personal reasons of the customer, we can provide warranty service to solve it for you instead of full refund.

3. According to the email, We cannot accept the deal that refund you 50% and then you remove the feedback here.

SimigLighting is a fraud and they know it!

I've purchased a lamp by designer Lukas Bazle through this website and was very disappointed. It is obviously a Chinese knockoff product. Very poor quality, I think it's the identical one to that on AliExpress. After much complaining customer service we agreed I would post a positive review to get a refund. I posted the good review, got 280(!!!) euros refunded, now changed the review to the truth. Don't trust this company!

Good and friendly customer service

Good and friendly customer service! Contacted customer service via email when one of the lamps did not quite live up to expectations. Was then offered compensation which I hope arrives soon. Fine products that are very similar to the genuine designer lamps.

A great purchase and a wonderful purchasing experience

First of all, a great product at a very good price. In addition, delivery was fast and communication with the customer service department was prompt and reliable. A great purchasing experience which I will repeat without hesitation. Cannot recommend SIMIG Lighting highly enough.

This website is a scam

I bought my lights at Homelights.nl, which is part of Simig, which I see only now on my bank invoice. Thus a website/ one of many of their websites that pretends to be in the EU but is located in China. Paid via bancontact and will never see my money nor the goods - have no order number, no confirmation email, nobody replies on their chat service nor via email. Do not fall in this trap!

Fehlerhafte Leuchten sollen selber repariert werden

Eine Lampe war kaputt, bei der anderen fehlte der Schalter. Ich bekam Anweisungen dies selber zu „richten“. Was soll das? Lampen liegen immer noch im Keller weil unbrauchbar.
Nachtrag vom 31.10.24: hier zum Beweis ein Auszug aus der email. Wie gesagt, Retoure unmöglich.

For Ling wall lamp, if you directly control the switch of the wall lamp itself to control the power supply, maybe the switch fails to cut off the power supply normally, we can issue you a switch to replace it.
As for lampe gras wall lamp, it is true that this lamp is not equipped with another plug and switch. We are sorry that we did not give the correct explanation on the website. We can replace the plug and switch for you, but you need to drill a small hole in the top plate to install the plug cable.
