End to end first class service. Web site easy to navigate, simple but attractive. Delivery punctual with no dramas. Then.... the food. Simply phenomenal. Well done team Simmer, especially Lily. Amen x

I recently received my first simmer order and it was an awful experience.

I had ordered 12 meals, 8/12 were not what I ordered, including two which included shellfish which I can’t eat for religious reasons. This made me very uncomfortable. Another one of the meals came with food all over the outside of the container.

Then when eating the meals that I was able to eat, I found hairs in two of these meals.

Clearly they’re trying to grow too quickly and no longer care about quality or hygiene. It’s disgusting yo receive hair in multiple meals as clearly they don’t have the right practices in place and it’s shameful that they don’t deliver the correct meals (2/3 of my meals were wrong).

Have cancelled and will never order again.

Meals are fine but I’m really not happy with placing an order without knowing exactly what is being charged to my card. Even the confirmation of order email doesn’t have the total cost on it?!
I queried this and was given instruction of where to find my “subscription” but that doesn’t tell me exactly what I’m being charged including any postage discount etc.
Why are they the only online delivery company who refuses to make it clear what you’re actually paying before taking your money!🤷‍♀️
i feel the lack of transparency is not acceptable - it makes the company feel untrustworthy.
I see other people have complained about this also but Simmer don’t seem to be bothered to change it.

We are currently trying to be healthy and we have very busy lives so simmer has been amazing. The taste in all meals are incredible. I love how easy they are to have and how they can be so delicious! 🤤 recommend simmer and the variety is fab! So thankyou simmer!

The meals are of great quality, the customer service levels are very good. The delivery is accurate and always on time.
My only issue, which is minor, is that if you're using My Fitness Pal, the app does not have all the meals. So not sure where the issue is there.

I recently ordered and received no email confirming that my order was accepted and being processed. I noticed another sum of money coming out of my account for another order, which I did not sign up for. I was sent no email confirming that I needed to pick orders or would be charged again. I promptly raised this with the company. They were dishonest and said I had been sent these emails. This is a lie. They are not refunding my money. Avoid this company. You say yes once and they assume they can continue taking your money and that they own your account details. Absolutely disgusting company ethics and behaviour!

Option of regular or large portion size, I’ve only used standard and plenty for one person. Full of flavour, lots to choose from, fresh taste with real herbs and spices. The nicest ready meals I’ve eaten. The chickens so succulent and tender. Highly recommended!! Great delivery and service. Thanks Jaime Leigh.

Can not fault the meals, enjoyed every single one I’ve tried, quick and easy to order and given a time slot on the Sunday morning so I know when there coming. Highly recommend 👍Thanks lily

I placed my first Simmer order a few weeks ago and have enjoyed all their meals so far. Selection and delivery is very straightforward and the meals are convenient, well presented, tasty and healthy. They have freed up a lot of time and eliminated food wastage. Communication is good and Marie in Customer Support has been a pleasure to deal with.

Meals have been great so far and have supported me on my GLP journey - once that is over the meal sizes will help you maintain your goals. The range of menus are great so far - Im not into heavily spicy food but like food with flavour. Customer service have been great, You can temporarily extend delivery dates ( im on Holiday soon so having my package delivered the day after I get back

Although expensive, as someone who still lives at home this works well for me. the meals are filling and tasty and i always manage to get my first choice each week

Started this using my blue light discount. Living alone I was wasting money on food and eating junk food for convenience. Every meal I've had has been very tasty over the last 2 weeks. I had one missing item and the customer service was top quality. Added on to my next week's order and very apologetic.

Its been few months using meals from Simmer and has recommended to my friends after getting positive results in my body. I feel more active and less bloated. Hoping to keep continuing the meals and customer service is amazing whenever i need to reach down they happy to help especially jaime leigh

Simmer is helping me eat healthier. Cooking wasn't problem, but thinking I'm planning. That's all resolved.My family eats healthy and a good variety and we waste almost no food.
