What a waste of time
Very poor and unprofessional service
Unfortunately, dealing with this company was a complete waste of time.
I waited two weeks for someone to visit and provide a quotation for a new floor. When he arrived, I was surprised to be told that he wasn't sure they could achieve the required 3mm tolerance for the new flooring, despite the existing floor needing to be screeded and levelled as part of the work.
If a flooring contractor cannot confidently achieve the required industry standard for the finished subfloor, I would question whether they should be undertaking this type of work in the first place.
Despite my concerns, I still waited for the quotation. Three weeks later, nothing had arrived. I chased twice by text and received no response whatsoever.
So, after waiting two weeks for the appointment and a further three weeks for a quotation that never arrived, I was simply ignored.
I rarely go out of my way to leave a one-star review, but I felt this experience was worth highlighting for other potential customers.
