My order was not in stock immediately after order, but they never informed me. After a week I recieved the second, an add on item ordered for the free shipping. I feel like they'll do anything to get sale, except send you want to actually need.

Took about 15 orders to get my order actually to go through. They kept canceling all my orders with no reason. It was not my bank because the bank would process the order and then they would cancel it. When I finally got the order to go through they lost the order they refused to update me.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Resolving anything is a nightmare! Please go anywhere else.

If I could give a minus rating, it would be too high. I have had numerous fruitless interactions with their pitiful customer service reps, both via phone and email, trying to return a pair of $150- booties that are mis-sized. Last attempt was 12/3/24. My advice to everyone is to avoid Shop Simon in their many forms. Worst ever.

I ordered a shirt and was sent the wrong one. Request a return label so I can send it back. They are now sold out of my size. Have sent at 6 emails and there answers make no sense. DO NOT BUY FROM SHOP SIMON.

I ordered a Puma tennis shoe two weeks ago and still haven’t received it.The Fed Ex tracking number that they provided is fake.This is a scam company,don’t make the same mistake that I did.

Awful company, awful products.. don’t buy from them. Ordered shoes… so uncomfortable when tried them on so immediately sent back … they only refunded half my money. They are awful. Don’t buy here.

This Simon1.shop is a scam. first they ask to $5000 deposit to open a VIP3 account. The first couple of days the orders were very smooth, I made a couple of hundreds of dollar commission. Then one day they give me a task of $22k+ which my balance does not have enough to crab the order. So they told me to put in $16K+ to complete this task. They also promise me all the bonuses I will get. When I refuse and tell them I want to withdraw all my money and close the account. They said I have to put in $16k+ to complete the task first before I can withdraw and close the account. So right now I am stuck. I can't withdraw money and close the account. I don't want to put in $16k+ because I don't know I will be able to withdraw it or not after I complete the task. It's a total scam, please stay away from this website.

Ordered something and got an email saying item was shipped with a tracking number with a label being created. It stayed that way for two weeks and I was told the order would be refunded. How about paying me for the lost time and money I could have spent on ordering from somewhere else two weeks ago. Worst part is no communication.

Almost impossible to get a return label. Also, they advertise free shipping and free returns. It is not a free return. They charge 495 for the shipping label! Never again.

Totally big scam we need to make a group and we need to file a case on them atleast we can try to get back our money

Do not try! A Chinese girl tinder recommended me to join the link to become a seller. Within 2 weeks, they changed domain name 3 times ww.seller.simonshop.org and is a suspicious link..android phone can download the apps, but currently the apps is down in some country..I first joined and converted my money to wallet into USDT, and start my order enquiries, the first order was completed very fast and earned profit. Soon and later, I receive an order with big amount and this to create hassle wanting me to put more money. If I failed to complete the order, within 72hours I will received an email to deduct my rating store and deduct money 20% of the order amount incomplete. Then I decided to freeze the account. The customer service help link guided me to stop all order traffic, and I have to complete all my pending orders to freeze the account. Thereafter, I have processed all the pending orders and I wait orders complete. After, all order completed. I am not allow to withdraw the money, and request me to give security deposit 5,000 USDT to unfreeze the account. I got scammed $18,000USDT and stuck inside the platform. Better avoid.

Can someone help me on how to get the money from the SIMONSHOP store as this helps me a lot

Told the customer service to freeze account & went for 2 weeks holidays..when back asked to top up.$5,000 to unfreeze the store...seem like a scam...be warned

This website is an elaborate scam. If purports to be a dropshopping/e-commerce platform. However, they enticed me to become a seller. They require you to upload USDT and you have to fulfil orders with a small profit margin. The orders start small and then grow requiring more and more funds. They stole $23,000 from me. Keep away from this website. They are a sophisticated scam
