When I make changes, it seems like I have to keep doubling back to the "view changes" a lot. Very helpful customer service center
Very helpful customer service center. Works fast offers extra help. Anything that you need to have done that you’re having difficulties with. I accidentally opened two domains instead of logging in, so I was working on two different sites before I designed it I didn’t realize it! Plus I was advertising two different domains. Thank God they helped me figure it out, so people didn’t think I was raising money on two different sites. I’m building a non profit organization charity for my state locally.

I have sent over 7 email to customer service and complain asking to check what is wrong with the email. I have an online event in 2 days and people is supossed to register.
I haven't gotten any email on the last 2 days and getting complains that they couldn't register thru the website.
I only got an answer that it's been checked and they are supossed to answer un 2 bussines days. What for??? I mean
I tried to find help thru Facebook but same thing only gave me a new email where I could ask for help
No one has answered with a solution but only with a kind text.

I checked our mail-system and can see that you have sent us 4 emails, the oldest one being 18 hours ago. Please note that we aim to respond as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours. To be most fair to all of our customers, we respond in the order of emails received. So, writing more emails only clogs our backlog instead of expecting a faster reply.
However, I have now marked your ticket as high priority and one of our supporters will come back to you as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we suggest you check whether your webshop is set up correctly. Please double check the following:
- That your Paypal account is a BUSINESS account. It is only possible to accept payments with a Paypal Business account.
- Make sure all your personal details in the webshop correspond with your Paypal business account
- confirm you have added the T&C to your webshop and all sections highlighted with a yellow exclamation mark are inserted
Hopefully the above will already resolve the issue, if not one of our supporters will get back to you as soon as possible!
