Easy step by step

Simplicity is a very good name for your company. A simple phone call to your office, to find out our question's answered in a way we could understand. Your brochure arrived giving us advice and answers. We phoned up a couple of days later to confirm and pay. Really easy and simple. Job done!

Was quick and easy to set up. I'm very anxious after my recent loss of husband. Its comforting to know that my only dependent grandson will not have to go through the process of a funeral after I'm gone. Your opperator was friendly, understanding and explained everything simply to me.

We phoned up to ask about paying for a plan for myself and hubby, we wanted to pay in full, the lady we spoke to was very very helpful explained every thing we wanted to know, and was helpful when making the payments, told us we can call if we think of any questions we forgot, would recommend this company 100%

It was so simple to organise a funeral plan with Simplicity. Everything was explained fully in an easy to understand way. The lady I spoke to was very patient and helpful and friendly. The paperwork arrived very quickly and so I was able to relax knowing everything was in order.

When my darling mum sadly passed away i phoned simplicity. The out of hours team, (priscilla) and the main office, (leslie masters) were both compassionate, beautiful and caring to deal with. No pressure selling and nothing was rushed. Everything was explained in great detail, including returning her ashes home to us. I felt confident and comfortable in making the arrangements with them. Leslie has been such a wonderful support. It made a very upsetting time a little easier. Simplicity cremations were amazing and I highly recommend them. xx

Friendly, very helpfull

A friend arranged his funeral and believed he would have a gift voucher after 90 days, when I phoned Simplicity around this, I was told, as he didn’t have an email address he would not receive this. My friend is 72 years old, his phone is old and the only use he has from it is for making and receiving calls, as I was his representative, he was told I could leave my email address, but when questioning about the gift card was told my email address could not be used, so 1 person told him my email would be fine another colleague said it would not. Nowhere in the tv adverts does it state an email address is required and I have proof of this on my own phone. My friend paid for his funeral in full and now doesn’t get the benefit of taking and paying for his plan, the offer of the gift card advertised. My friend knows he had to wait 90 days to claim this but wanted to find out how he did this, which was at the time he was told he wouldn’t get one. Seems like false advertising when it is not mentioned in the advert.

Everything was straightforward and easy to set up.
