Beware of this company.

Simpluris is a settlement administrator company. I recently have an encounter with this company for a year length arbitration. Finally, I was informed that the payout for this arbitration is being processed and I need to select a payout method. I chose Zelle cause digital payment is easier and faster. Come December 29 2025, I was informed that payment are being sent for the Zelle method people, so I called Simpluris and confirmed. They informed me that my payment was sent by USPS standard mail due to the amount was over 5k. I told them how come they didn’t inform me about the rules and why did they even give me a choice when they know how much my settlement was. So of course I waited as I should. It’s been 8 days now and still no check. I checked other people and they got their check via Fedex. Furious, I called Simpluris again and asked how come others got their check already and they’re from Miami and their check was sent via FedEx. They informed me that they are not sure how come other people are saying that but all check payment were sent via USPS standard mail. I asked if I can just pick it up from their office and they told me that their office in Santa Ana is a small office run by 1 person. Like, seriously? Your company handles millions of dollar in settlement and you have one person handling it? Come on now. Now they told me to wait until Friday and if the check doesn’t arrive, to call them and they’ll possibly give me a different payment method. I’m hoping it comes but I hope law offices see this review and think twice about using this settlement administrator. Also, I heard other people’s payment got sent to different PayPal account. Be very weary of this company.
