I was very pleased with the products I received. They even arrived sooner than expected. I just feel like it’s not fair to raise the shipping cost when you have items on sale. Normal shipping is $6 but I paid $10 and there’s no way that box cost $10 in shipping. I’m disappointed by that, almost like we’re getting scammed.

Shipping speed not great, and that’s all that matters from an online store. Order placed 6am on 14th still has not shipped 6pm on the 15th, and expediting shipping was paid for. This delay between order/ship, even when expedited shipping is paid for, is a regular occurrence. If you only ship a few days a week you should tell customers that.
