Ordered a product on 7/3/25 Was alerted that a USPS LABEL WAS created on 7/17/25 but product was never sent to them. Called and left a message called again and loud music was blasting then nothing. Emailed 2x threatened to have credit card reversed. Got text on 7/5 saying will be delivered and “look for email” received nothing. Not a company to trust.
KEEP YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...Ordered the product beginning of July, paid for extra shipping and still nothing. this is all I get for notifications -Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item Shipping Partner: GLOBEGISTICS INC_JFK_PARCEL MODULE - it's been there since July 11 2023 with no movement or updates. Sent company an email on July 27 2023 requesting a refund and again on Aug 1 2023 and still no response. I agree with previous complaints about this company being nothing but a scam. Absolutely no customer service what so ever.
